We had our first ever clean with you guys yesterday, and wanted to let you know it was a fab experience!

Oliver was super friendly and polite. We have had multiple issues with SEVERAL other window cleaners in the past, with missed windows, dirty glass, windows not reachable. I spoke with Oliver when he arrived to let him know our previous issues, including a roof window that I presumed was completely out of reach. Not only did he manage to reach them ALL, but they're all sparkling!

I have been super impressed with the service so far, including all the admin (welcome pack etc) - you are definitely head and shoulders above the rest. I'm just annoyed now that it took me so long to find you 😋

Lincs window cleaning services arrived on the day agreed. They were professional and friendly.
Cleaned all gutters, soffits, upvc cladding and windows. They also went the extra mile and cleaned the conservatory and garage. When finished, they asked me to check if everything was to my licking.
I highly recommend them to anyone seeking to improve the look of their property.

Lincs window cleaning came to our house today for the first time, We had a reminder message, and arrived before 8am, he had started by the time I opened the door, very nice chap, but most of all our windows are sparkling. I have always used a 'by hand' window cleaner, but am very pleased with results.

First clean today & the process was explained thoroughly prior to commencing & what we could expect as this was the first time. Cleaned windows & surrounds really thoroughly. Will probably look at getting our roof cleaned & treated now by the same company. Thoroughly recommend this team.

This was our first time using Lincs Window Cleaning Ltd, and safe to say it won't be the last. Such an easy, quick process - from filling out the initial online enquiry form to receiving our invoice following completion of the work, all very straightforward.
This was the first time our solar panels have been cleaned since installation (over 10 years) so there was some lichen growth so we knew the job required a scaffold tower. Daniel got set up quickly, and cracked on with the job without fuss. On completion, he asked us to go and have a look at the panels and the difference was immediately obvious and we were happy. However, a short while later Daniel knocked at the door and said that he had seen some residual marks on the panels as they had begun to dry, and that he wasn't content, so he set the tower back up again and had another go. We would have been none the wiser had he not come back, so absolute credit to him for his dilligence, honesty and attention to detail.
We booked for an annual clean when booking the initial one so hopefully next year there won't be quite so much to remove!!

Really pleased with the end result - today 5th March Scott arrived to clean my filthy conservatory framework - he did a brilliant job - would recommend this company.

We booked our cleaning service online and had a response back very quickly and booking the same week, which was really appreciated. Staff member arrived promptly and were friendly. The service we had chosen included gutter cleaning so checks were done to the pipes etc before starting. The clean was thorough yet efficient and all windows were fresh and clear very quickly. We were very happy with the service and will be looking to use again in the future.

Very good service overall, quick and efficient cleaning. Very professional, the two guys that came to do the work were well presented, friendly and left everything clean and tidy. Expect everything to be left wet as filtered water used, but dries to a lovely shine. Also provided before and after pictures of gutter and canopy cleaning at no extra cost with a free window clean. Payment was easy via the office the next day. No dodgy cash transactions at the door. Would have appreciated an arrival time, as got us out of bed early, but would definitely use again. No hassle local company that do a brilliant job.

Very poor service.
We asked for an initial clean, priced at £43, followed by 8 weekly cleans at £35. The first attempt at a clean was very poor, windows missed around the back of the house (access was available) and a huge amount of water marks left on the windows that had been cleaned.
We called to ask about this, and we're told they'd return to do the remaining windows, and that the water is left as it dries streak free.
The return visit was equally poor. Water marks left on all windows (that don't dry streak free) leaving a finish that looks like no one has cleaned them in months!
We also had set up a direct debit for the future visits, they were appearing on our internet banking as £447.67, so we promptly cancelled it. Lincs window cleaning have shown us that this wasn't them, and their invoice was done as we'd agreed, it appears come kind of error with GoCardless.
Very disappointing service.
