If I could give it no stars I would! Number one this is not 100% linen. It is not made in Portugal! They smell of chemicals. I did not get anything stated what I ordered. I got to duvet cover which I did not order the quality of these sheets are just horrible! This is a total scam! Opened up a claim with my credit card company. Repeatedly try to contact linen Roots but all my emails bounced back! Do not order from this company! I ordered from silk and snow and their sheets are beautiful! Also ordered on October 25th and just got them today which is December 18th, what a sham

Ordered Oct 17, 2025 not recieved as of Dec 15!!! Total SCAM! called my credit card company today and opened a dispute! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE FOLKS! SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

Ordered sheets and they have not arrived after 5 weeks. Computers states they were returned to Shanghai however customer service states they are still on their way. I asked for a refund and have disputed my charge through my credit card

Received the top sheet, pillow cases and a duvet cover that I did not order. Emails I sent bounced. I was unable to contact them. The color that was supposed to be green, was baby poop chartreuse. Definitely a SCAM!

I received sheets without advertised OEKO-TEX certification as was on my receipt. I tried to contact them according to their email. It was rejected and support and returns went to ‘page not found error 404!

Ordered king size set of sheets and pillowcases. Paid approximately $170 and waited a long time. Just when I decided that it was a scam and I was not going to receive the sheets, they arrived. Received top sheet, duvet cover but NO BOTTOM FITTED SHEET. Contacted them via email and they said they would send right away. After a few weeks, contacted them again and the same person said I’d need to order it myself and pay $79. Was told I could keep duvet cover. I don’t need duvet cover. I need bottom fitted sheet that I have already paid for. Do not order from them.

Ordered sheets and they sent an email that they had an "unexpected rush" and that my order would be shipped 5-10 days. That was 3 weeks ago.

SCAM SCAM SCAM Absolutely a scam. I bought four sets of sheets spent $600 and they never came in. I sent an email to support and a bounce back as undeliverable. Please do not buy from this company.

Fraud... does not comply.

They are an absolute scam. Product delivered was not flax linen as advertised, after 4 attempts to get a return label for a refund they are no longer responding to my emails. Again they are not selling 100% European Flax Linen, and they do not honor their 100% Happiness Guarantee. Products came from China.

Ordered king sheet set. Received a duvet cover and a flat sheet. Email to Linen Roots won't go through. Do not use this company. Over $100 thrown away.

Do not order from Linen Roots. I placed an order in error and immediately notified them to cancel and not process my order. The support person David, said my order already shipped which was a lie. I had to call my bank and file a dispute. Linen Roots was not willing to cancel my order even though it's minutes after placing order in error. It also appears the items come a manufacturer in China.

Ordered 2 king and 2 queen sets. We Received 4 kings sets that included duvet covers instead of fitted sheets. Fabric is definitely not Linen and lacks the Okeo-Tex labels. Three quarters of emails to customer service bounce back. Responses are full of platitudes and delayed action. Buyer beware!
UPDATE- put a claim in with our credit card company who charged back to Linenroots, who didn’t fight it. So we got our money back at least.
