Stay away from this company, I ordered and paid for 3 pairs of curtains from them, when my order came, they only sent 2 pairs. You cannot contact the company, there’s no phone number for you to contact them on. I’ve tried 2 email addresses they don’t respond to any of them. I will be contacting trading standards to investigate this company.

I ordered a duvet set, but only the duvet arrived. I have contacted the company several times by email and I left a phone message but I have had no reply. I sent them a screen shot of their web page showing that it clearly says that the pack includes two pillow cases. When I sent an initial enquiry about whether the item will tumble-dry I received a prompt reply, so I feel that they are ignoring me. The cover is pretty useless without the pillow cases. This is really poor customer service.

I tried to buy these seaside duvets and and matching curtains back in June. They were out of stock. I emailed customer services and they emailed me back saying the curtains Should be back in stock in 8-12 weeks time. Time passed , but out of the blue I was emailed to say they were back in stock. They arrived, I'm delighted with the sets and a big Thank you to customer services at linensonline.

Absolutely awful customer service!! Would not buy from these again! Ordered a super king bedding set and when it arrived I only received the duvet cover with no pillowcases! Couldn’t return it as it was bedding and when I emailed their customer services on numerous occasions for a solution they just don’t reply so nothing has been resolved.

Beautiful good quality tea towels. Very absorbent.

I ordered some tea towels, which were of excellent quality and very absorbent. The big letdown was the huge manufacturer's website logos on top and bottom on both sides of the towels, which were not shown in any pictures. Probably suitable for commercial use, but not for domestic purposes, especially as a gift.

Delivered in time & looks beautiful on my bed. My only negative is that it was so tightly packaged & sellotaped down that it was so difficult even with scissors, to open.
