Berenice Gregorio is a very qualified, attentive and responsive support member - I have nothing but praise for Berenice. However, other members of the link support crew are not as knowledgeable in the field and aren't very responsive. When we cannot get ahold of Berenice, it can get very frustrating.

I have recommended Link Interactive to neighbors, family and friends for pricing and technology reasons. The overriding trait that sold me on Link Interactive is the transparency of their product/services and processes. For example, nowhere else did I receive details as to who exactly would be doing the monitoring.

I called today and spoke with Lacy Bagshaw. She was a pleasure to work and chat with. She is extremely nice and really cares about her customers. She goes above and beyond to help anyone. She is very patient and explains everything very clearly. I have not ordered the system yet but we are very interested and will be signing up very soon. I will post an updated review once I receive the customized system package and activate the system plus testing it out how it all works. Thank you once again Lacy and it seems like Link Interactive is a great company to work with. I hope all will work out great!

From initial interest to final purchase, Link was incredible. Within a few minutes of deciding that I was interested I received a call from them. I spoke and emailed with Jose Sandoval. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was.able to gude me through and make recommendations. From.doing previous research I kind of already knew how I wanted to setup system and he reaffirmed my choices. Absolutely ZERO pressure from him. I had a few follow up questions and sent him an email. He promptly responded back to me (off the clock) and let me know that he would be in the office later in the evening and would be able to give me exact answers to my questions. Throughout the course of the evening and several emails and a couple phone calls Jose was able to narrow down exactly what I was looking was able to help me decide on a system. I look forward to many years of service with Link.

Joseph Barker was a great partner in getting us set up with a home security system. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in a quick manner. He established a partnership - he knows home security is important for us and he helped us put together the best system on our budget - he wasn't trying to sell us the most expensive system there was but rather he put together the system that fit our needs. When we decide on adding on to our system I would love to work with Joseph again. Complete rockstar.

I was in the market for security systems but with all the ads and reviews, so many to chose from. So I looked up one company that claimed to have been one of the best by reviews and it turned out they were just annoying. Then I started looking again on not only reviews but the customer service of these companies as well. "Link Interactive" was amazing with the help of one of their representatives, Joseph Barker, helped me tremendously in picking the correct equipment (with explaining the details of their products). Highly recommend them because they have some of the best customer service I've seen thus far from a security company.

I use Link Interactive. Got the equipment through my Costco membership and have ordered additional equipment over time. First off, the monthly monitoring fee is highly competitive. Second, the equipment works great and is versatile. Third, I like that I can install it and update the system myself. Fourth, their service is great -- prompt responses to emails, get a person on the phone, they will program things remotely if you ask them to. Fifth, the integration with alarm.com works seamlessly and adds significant value. I am not kidding, I actually love my alarm company and cannot recommend the whole experience highly enough.

In one day being a customer they have been more helpful then my last alarm company-hopefully things stay like this the one a year I actually call. They actually helped me instead of asking me if I've searched YouTube or google! I'm super stoked!

I wish all companies provided the value of customer service we received from Link Interactive's Andrea Tech. She very patiently answered all of our questions, promptly followed up with us without making us wait, and always seemed to have our best interest in mind. The many positive online reviews for Link Interactive are definitely right on!

Starting off with the company reps: they were absolutely great, no sales pressure or tactics at all, gave me all the info I needed to make my decision. The system was easy to install, all the sensors are wireless and preprogrammed,... programming the base station took a bit longer than I expected, but it connected right off the bat, (through the AT&T network), and it connects almost immediately every time I log into it. I also got the Alarm.com smart thermostats, which I highly recommend, I can control the heat through them and I also get a real time temperature reading through the app on my phone. It can be programmed to give you a low temp alarm, a temperature you can set yourself not a predetermined temp like other companies. In the two and a half months I have this system, this feature forewarned me, (on two occasions just in the last 18 days), when my boiler failed and the inside temp dropped below the threshold I set while I was away. Either incident could’ve been a disaster with the outside temps in the 20’s, headed home immediately; (very happy I didn't come home to frozen (broken) pipes and flooding issues). I also have cameras installed, you can peek in whenever you want and the images are pretty good compared to other systems. I’m very happy with the system, keep up the good work Link!!!

Decided to go with Link Interactive for my home security system after shopping around. Made my decision based on their customer service, starting with the sales representative who answered very clearly all the questions I had and at no point was "pushing for the sale" but rather provided me with the information needed to ensure I was making the right decision (considering the long term contract). Afterwards, the tech support to complete the installation of my system was also very helpful and explained to me each step for the system configuration. Highly recommended !

I called ADT to get a quote and they were nothing but salespersons. They did not even listen my needs or try to help. When I said I will research a bit more and call back, they had an attitude so that is when I knew I am not calling them back. Luckily, I found Link Interactive based on their amazing reviews and I could not be happier that I did.
When you call them, there is no pressure whatsoever. They are genuinely trying to help. In the end, I got a much better deal and their service is exceptional. Self install was super simple, everything went smooth and when I had any questions, it was answered right away. You cannot go wrong with Link Interactive, give them a try, you won't regret.

Linkinteractive technical support has tried to talk me thru install, but that's like trying to talk someone thru flying a plane with absolutely no experience! I feel the sales person should not have made it seem so simple. If you don't know anything about circuit boards and all the stuff that goes with it, then don't attempt it. Also we have not been able to find anyone that is willing to work on another company's equipment.
