My order arrived on time and properly packaged. The filets were wonderful, along with the spice package and cooking directions.

The meat is exceptional and the cuts are what you would see from a 5 star steakhouse. Highly recommend that you try them.

Easy ordering occasional special pricing and just great steaks. Was strictly a filet person tried the strips now I order both.

The package arrived timely and well packed. Tried the New York strip and was disappointed. Rather tough, taste lacking. Don't think aged. Like grade below choice which is sold in super market. Will not buy again. Instead buy Loin in packers wrap and wet age for 60 - 70 days. Excellent tender and tasteful/\.

My order was delayed due to a shipping issue. I followed the tracking to determine arrival. The order was returned to Linz distribution due to a biohaz issue. No one reached out to me to follow up or resend the order which I found odd. I left a voicemail and email to alert the company that I did not receive my order. On the third attempt, I reached customer service and she was very nice and resent the order. My question is regarding a process where the product is returned to the dock, would you reach out to resend the product or rely on the customer to ask for it to be resent?

We ordered the bone in filets and the were FABULOUS!
