Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The team went above and beyond what we expected and couldn’t have been more helpful.
They did everything possible to carefully manoeuvre some very large furniture around an extremely tight staircase.

Lion & Fox were recommended to us by Bridges and we couldn’t be more happy that they did. Zach and the team worked with incredibly short notice on our move and Zach came round to give us a quote on the same day that we asked if he was available and the team then came and packed the house the next day. On completion day, him and his team were so calm, polite and thoughtful that it meant one less thing for us to worry about on a very stressful day! We didn’t complete until 4:45 and they stayed until they had unloaded everything, put our white goods in and fitted our bed and our child’s cot together. We could not be happier and more thankful that Lion & Fox were the ones to move us and we would highly recommend them to anyone moving!

I had the absolute best experience with Lion & Fox Removals. Issac, Scott and Jamie were friendly, professional and genuinely amazing at their jobs. They made what could have been a stressful moving day feel easy and completely under control.

They went above and beyond at every stage — putting together flat‑pack furniture, storing items safely in my loft, and tackling an awkward sofa that most people would have given up on. Not these three. They problem‑solved, kept going, and got it upstairs with a smile and great humour throughout.

Their attitude, care and work ethic are exceptional. I wouldn’t use anyone else now. They turned a big job into a brilliant experience, and I’m genuinely grateful for how hard they worked.

Fast, efficient, friendly, competitive. I received a first class service from start of process to delivery of furniture. All queries dealt with immediately. Nothing was too much trouble and no question was unanswered. Great care taken with all my possessions.

Zach and his team were recommended to us by our Estate Agent. Zach visited and quoted a fair price with removal planned over 2 days. On the loading day the team were helpful although rain storms caused delays in the process. Zach's plan was for unloading and returning on the second day to complete the removal process. Unfortunately an issue in completion elsewhere in the chain resulted in a 24 hour delay to completion but Zach's team placed the full removal vans into a secure yard ready for the next day. The following day we completed at midday and the atmosphere was very different. Shoddy unloading to speed things up and several damaged items of furniture. Zach and Ness both said they would handle the claim but we have not heard anything since. At the end of the day I was presented with a supplemental invoice that was 2/3 of the original invoice for the delay. Due to banking online daily limit I paid the main invoice but held over the supplemental invoice to the coming day. The following morning I had a message from the buyer of my house to advise that there was still a substantial amount of my contents left at our old house. The new owner said that the removal van that went back was too small for the job and the removal guys said that they would return again. We then spent 4 hours clearing the remainder ourselves. Given the damage to furniture and some caustic substance left in the van from a previous hire the end result was very disappointing. I would advise extreme caution with this removal company.

Zac was excellent and the two removal people, Miles and Mike were really professional, very helpful and went above and beyond to get my belongings out of my 2 bedroom flat and into the storage facility in a different town efficiently. I will definitely be using Lion and Fox Removals again for the 2nd stage of my move.

From quote to moving in to our new property the team lead by Zach were friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to help us and at the same time they were very careful And conscientious with all our boxes and fragile items.

Such a lovely hardworking team

Zac and his team arrived on time and put protective mats on the floor & stairs as it was raining. They worked like a well oiled machine, loading the lorries in two hours. Once we got the key to our new property they then proceeded to unload just as efficiently. Zac made sure we were happy before they left, all of the team were polite and helpful. Highly recommended.

Zac and his team worked tirelessly over three days to pack, load and deliver to the new property. They definitely went the extra mile to put boxes in the correct rooms and re-assemble furniture. Everything was packed with care and attention to detail.
They are also a really fun bunch to be around, which made a stressful time so much easier.

We had a very positive experience from Zac, Ness and the rest of the team. Zac came to the house to do the quote and he was very friendly and efficient. Zac kept in contact with me after the quote was sent through without being pushy like some of the other companies we had dealt with. The team arrived promptly, took really good care of our things and we're packed up within a few hours. They worked in tandem with our cleaners to make sure no one was having to redo anything. All communication with the everyone was fantastic throughout and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to move house.

Zac and the team were incredible for our move, very knowledgable and careful with our property. They dealt with an unexpected blizzard without an issue, and were polite and respectful throughout. Would thoroughly recommend.

Really great service from Zach and his team from start to finish. Great reasonable price, supplied me with a never ending amount of boxes, they worked tirelessly despite awful weather conditions and he even came back at the weekend to assemble some furniture, absolutely spot and and a genuinely nice, hard working young man. Have already recommended him to a friend and I'd use them again without doubt. Although I hope to never move again! :)

There was a long delay getting the keys for the new house, which meant unloading in the dark. The guys did it good humour and professionalism.

Wonderful wonderful wonderful. Zach and his were recommended to me. He was very professional in his approach. He turned up on time to undertake an assessment of our moving needs. The quote was sent same day, he organised two fantastic packing ladies the day before. On the day the removal team arrived at 8am and packed up our 5 bedroom house by midday. They were all super polite, friendly and helpful.

We arrived at my new house at 1pm and they helped the removal team on site who are seller was suing as they couldn’t get a sofa outof the house and spent 45 minutes dealing with this.

By 5pm we were they were finished, more than happy to plumb the washing machine in and move beds around the house.

Zac & his colleague arrived promptly to load the van the day before our move. They were polite & efficient.
Our move was long distance & we were kept updated on their arrival time.
When they arrived they once again were efficient at unloading our things. They asked & listened as to where items were to go.

The removers under the guidance of Zach worked extremely hard and diligently to assist our move

Zach and his team were professional, reassuring and knowledgeable right from the outset. They were recommended to me by Bridges' Sales Progressor and they lived up to their reputation for reliability. My move was conducted in double-quick time and apart from my washing machine getting stuck and my old telly dying in transit, largely due to the shock of moving, I think, all went very very well. I would recommend them to others, without a moment's hesitation.

Having had to find a removals company last minute they were fairly priced and extremely efficient. On the day we had a team of 3 (Ness, Leon and Alfie) who were quick and efficient. Would highly recommend.
