Their support is not serious, they don't answer at all.

This propfirm is a scam. I have been waiting for 2 months and they haven't send me my payout.

How was my withdrawal rejected because there are copies and how was it copied and you completely reject the copying process, especially the Dxtrade platform, there are no copies and how was it copied and I have two different accounts, one Roar and one Alpha and I trade in the same way with the same strategy, I enter with two standard and if I need reinforcement with two standard and that is where is the subject of the existing copying and I challenge anyone who says there are copies no but I can trade directly and live in front of you I hope that you will fulfill your commitment to withdraw I hope to pay my dues

Scam and thieves they don’t pay any thing all of it lyes don’t ever give them something dont read the postive comments it’s all lie even if you join the discord to see the payment prof it’s lie please don’t join them it’s hard scam steal ur money you gonna trade when u want ur money they will give week to answer you after the they will tell you payment request has been declined they take ur money and pay the others

Scammers. 2 times when i wanted to withdraw payment - theyr answer copy trading (but two times they blocked my copy trading) so if you wanna lose your money buy chalenge from Lionheart - name must be scammer heart.
In this industry no space for scamers like them. Block them and say good bye.

What I noticed about LFP it’s to be patient with everything you do they keep their promises

I had a worse experience with this company. I've been experiencing delays with this platform for over two weeks, and nothing has been done. Their support wasn't helpful at all, and they gave all sorts of promises and ended up letting you down. I'm speaking from experience. Stay with PAIVA they provide good service and reliable service to their customers.

Scam alert this company does not honour any payments! Kept delaying payout requests and gave lame boiler plate excuses to not pay out. Very difficult to understand the allegation that I was doing copy trading when I was doing 100% manual trading. No proof or response provided when asked to clarify. Also refused to process any refund requests for challenge. This is a criminal company please DO NOT get scammed!

Payout denied with ridiculous reason "copy trade".
Same as other HFT firms. Very disapponting and waste of time :(

If you make profit ..

I purchased a 100k challenge account before they moved from MT4 to DX Trade. I cannot link my EA to DX Trade. So I asked for a refund on this.
My request was ignored. And I was told they'd come back with a response after they'd finished the migration. Which they didn't.

So after various failed attempts of contacting them - both by email and also via their chat messenger, I contacted my bank to raise a dispute to get the money back.

In the meantime, I already had a 100k funded account with them. After the migration, the date which was showing on my account to make a payout was incorrect.

So I asked them for a review of this. Eventually they fixed this problem and I submitted a payout request.

To which I received an email to say my account was BEING TERMINATED and closed.

Since I had raised a dispute for a refund for the challenge (which also completely disappeared from my account at one stage). They said they were also terminating my 100k funded account.

Which makes absolutely zero sense to me.

Anyway.....I CANNOT AND WOULD NOT ever recommend this company to anyone.

I was warned by someone within the industry that many people he knew were having their payments denied.

And now this.
