Great products

Great products, easy to order, BUT:
Would be nice to have an EU shop to make orders from the EU make easier, without having the customs process for each order.

Subscription that cant be cancelled

First of all I wasnt aware I had signed up to a subscription but most of all what I find particularly infuriating is when I did realise this it was IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL. When clicking on their site's my subscription link you get this message repeatedly. "There's a problem loading this page
Check the URL or try again in a few minutes." Informed my bank and do not buy this product as you will be charged forevermore.

Firstly please accept my sincere apologies you were unable to cancel your subscription yourself. We are always on standby to assist our customers with any difficulties they may have when using the website and I can see on this occasion we have let you down severely which is certainly not how we like to operate as a company.

I can confirm your order has been refunded in full and the subscription has been cancelled with immediate effect.

We are a small business who rely on the reputation of our products and our service. The fact you had to email us to let us know you were stuck in a loop of broken links is not acceptable and I have raised an internal complaint with our technical team who will be immediately looking at the issue with the highest priority.

Please rest assured we are not the kind of company who traps people into subscriptions and we do our utmost to be transparent across the website and in all our email communications when a customer orders from us, either as a one off or on subscription.

All your comments and Trustpilot review have been taken on board and will be reviewed by team leaders.

In addition, we have emailed you directly with the above and a link to the subscription portal to see if we are able to rectify the error you experienced.

Ingredients??

I ordered the product on 12/29/2025 and received it in about a week here in the U.S. I rated 3 stars because I have not used the products yet due to the ingredients xylitol and maltodextrin. I eat clean, and I fast, and these ingredients are not aligned with my diet goals.

Lipolife Vitamin C

I bought the Lipolife vitamin C after learning about the benefits. I’d been taking a collagen supplement for a few months and had not really noticed a tremendous difference. Then I realised that I need to increase my Vitamin C intake in order to help the collagen be absorbed better. Within a month I can now see that my skin is plumper and also my joints seem to be aching a bit less. I like the taste. Keep in fridge after opening. I will buy this product again.

I have been taking bit c lipolife for…

I have been taking bit c lipolife for over 10 year and find it is helpful. Recently I contacted Lipolife for advice on dose whilst having flu and the adviser was most helpful.
