I ordered two identical ukulele's with two identical prices. One. was supposed to come with a tuner (it did)the other a bag case (it did not)

I bought a Kara Concert Ukulele Kit (Ukulele, Tuner, Bag, Strap, and Strings), and when I got the package, they had only sent me the ukulele. I decided to just return it, but because of my troubles, I was able to get back the full refund without having to pay for shipping. The customer service was great though.

I never received my order and there was never a track number or anything that I could follow up on it, wrote an email, and I’m waiting to hear back from you regarding either reimbursement or just receiving my order.

I ordered a MicroFreak with accessories for my son. Liquid Audio listings had the product information I needed to make sure I was getting what I wanted. It was packaged carefully and shipped quickly. My wife was so impressed she asked for the website so she can do some shopping for keyboarding equipment!

Two-day shipping was advertised, but the item shipped ground from across the country and arrived in more than two days. The owner of the shop called to apologize for the error. When the item arrived, it was as expected, but it was inside a larger box with no padding so was sliding around a lot. This could be an issue for a delicate musical instrument.

Wonderful experience. They had exactly what I was looking for...cheaper than other sites. It came uickly and exactly as adcertised.

Dear Liquid Audio,

I did receive a package from you today, however it contained only one of the two 18” calfskin bongo heads I paid for and the head was folded in half, which may render it useless. Therefore, I have to give you the lowest rating. Why did I only receive one and why was it shipped in a long box instead of a large flat box?

I am a professional musician and desperately needed this head for upcoming shows and a recording session. As I recall, there were only two available, so I decided to get both so I would have an extra for the future.

At the very least, I need a refund for the second head. If this head splits when I stretch it, I’ll want all my money back.

It was a great buying experience with the seller. Shipping was free, and their sheesham 18x4 Bodhran was the least expensive in the market. It was delivered as promised and on time. However, the bodhran when arrived had damages. The head skin was slightly torn at the edge such that it was not possible to tune it without risking the skin tearing further. The bodhran also had the hammer damage marks, and item looked used. I reached out to the seller, provided pictures and explained damages, requested for replacement, if that is not possible then asked for refund. This was the last item they had in their inventory. So they immediately provided with shipping label for return. As soon as they received the return they refunded fully. Their communication was excellent, and they cared for their customer. I would recommend the seller to anyone.
