I always get help and advice from the team with a quick response. It's a pity that there is an issue on the credit report that I need to liaise with the utility company by myself and provide explanation to lender. This leads to a little bit delay in the process. Other than that the whole process is fine.

LEM are a solid company who enabled the remortgage of out UK property. However, the process did take 5 months. Communication of requested documents tended to be incomplete, leading to many emails asking for different docs. The process took so long that we then had to do the 3months bank statements again. Other than that the process worked, just took a long time.

The entire mortgage approval process was impressively quick - it only took around 2-3 weeks to complete. Although there was a small misunderstanding at the beginning, it was resolved very promptly.

Liquid Expat were very helpful and professional from the very start. Although my case wasn't the most straightforward, being and expat, re-mortgaging my old home to a buy to let, also at the same time releasing some funds to buy another property, my new main residence in the EU, they have in all respect found me the best deal. I mean I have had over ten offers on my table, none of which has come any close to theirs.
