This store is a front for a temu drop shipper. Quality is ridiculously poor and after receiving, I found the same dress on temu for a tenth of the price collected by Lisa and Salman of Charleston.

The shoes are adorable! Wearing them for a wedding in 10 days and can't wait!

I am not happy with the product I received. It is made very cheap and the 2 exact dresses that I purchase with different sizes are not the quality that you represent. I have requested a refund for the total amount as you do not charge for restocking fees. I also received an email stating that you do not want the product back as your refund does not state that. I am very disappointed with your company policy and would appreciate my full refund asap. Thank you!

I ordered a denim dress and thought the company was based in the United States so shipping would be reasonable. It took over two weeks to arrive, was definitely not denim nor did it even look close. Very thin, cheap fabric. When I asked to return, they offered a 10% refund and I keep dress or 50% store credit. I complained so they upped the refund to 20% and store credit to 75%. Why would I want to buy anything else from them?!?!? What a rip off. Very disappointed and disgusted with this company. Everyone beware and do not purchase from them.

This dress is nothing like the photo on site. Poor quality in fabric. Looks like a something to sleep in. Not even close to photo or color seen on website. Companies like this that make it bad for companies that are trying to get their product of quality out. Super disappointed. Want money back

I had a return but I didn’t want the hassle of sending it back. I corespondened to the help desk and was offered a discount coupon to buy something else and not return the shoes. I ended up purchasing an item and I also received a thank you for shopping with them. So friendly and helpful.

This is another online rip-off site which steals pictures of clothing and then sends cheap plastic clothes instead.

I ordered the Indra | Women's Cotton Boho Print Front Pocket Maxi Dress and got a cheap piece of polyester.

I've contacted their "Customer Service" email (they don't list a phone number of course) to get a refund, which I do not expect to get.

Took a month to get sandals. They were too tight. They have sandals made overseas and size 7 isn't size 7 in America. They won't take shoes back or refund the money. Don't buy!

I was really impressed by the merchandise on this website. Today was the first time I bought anything from Lisa and Salman. I just started on a Google search for something along the lines of "women's platform shoes that are comfortable and easy to wear" and my search led me to Lisa and Salman. I was impressed by the number of and the variety of orthopedic shoes that are in stock! I love to dress up but the challenge for me has been, "How do I put on a great ensemble without compromising comfort and functionality??" Sure there are many nice shoes out on the market but how many of them are ACTUALLY comfortable and don't require suffering foot arch pain, blisters etc?? Seeing how there were many orthopedic shoes available on this website, this certainly piqued my interest. Then after reading about the support these shoes provide, including but not limited to arch support, I knew I had to dig deeper. So I ended up buying several pairs from this website. I look forward to getting dressed up and going out in Lisa and Salman's shoes, which will keep me looking stylish and feeling comfortable at the same time!! I also purchased a few dresses and many if them are feminine and flowy, which also shows that fashion can be comfortable. At least one of the dresses I bought has pockets, which also demonstrates how fashion can be both visually appealing and practical too.

I tried to cancel my order via email 3 days after ordering on July 14 but was told it was already sent to the warehouse for fulfillment so could not cancel. Nothing happened so emailed again the first part of August still requesting to cancel because there was no movement. Again told no. Would have to pay to return it once received to get a refund.

Got the items on August 22. Chinese fast fashion. Shoes were cheaply made and small. Dress was polyester, nothing like the well-curated photos on the website.

Wish I would have checked Trustpilot prior to ordering. Will not make that mistake again.

In summary, poor customer service, bait and switch on the actual items, and poor quality. Will never shop there again and would urge others to do the same.

Last week I received a sublimation printed piece of polyester that does not resemble the Lisa and Salman product: Althea dress apart from a vague color match.  What a terrible product.  I can't even believe the difference from this image of a long length midi kaftan style dress and this hoax of a garment that might fit a 13 year old and be best suited for a halloween costume.  I had hoped to wear this garment on a beach vacation in a few weeks and there is NO WAY I would wear this thing out in public or in a hot, sunny, humid context.  I feel a bit ashamed for believing that your internet shop product description: patchwork actually means patched together fabric pieces and assuming that this disgusting fabric would be cotton (because seriously, what sane person living in Charleston, SC would wear a polyester dress?  gross.).  I am sincerely disappointed and will not be purchasing a single thing from this company again.

I was looking for the perfect dress that wouldn't be in Black for a funeral for a dear friend that I am attending. So finding the right dress is not been easy but I did find one I really love at Lisa & Salman's. The selection is amazing and the process is extremely simple I had no difficulty finding a dress and processing the order I just have not had any success in getting an answer back that I can receive if I Friday the 22nd so I'm still kind of nervous because it would just be perfect and I hope that they can get it to me by friday. All in all it's a wonderful company beautiful clothes and designs to choose from for all ages. I highly recommend them.

I purchases a formal dress from them. Right after I purchased, they sent a message, did I want 50% off of the price. My bad, I said yes without reading the fine print. What I bought was a SECOND of the same dress at 50% off.
If they are from Charleston, I'm not sure why it took 2 weeks for them to arrive. This was for a wedding and I had to buy something else because I didn't think it would arrive.
The dresses were smashed into plastic bags. Poor material quality. Reminded me of dresses for dolls, in the quality. The fit was bad as well.
I requested a return, and they have offered me TEN PERCENT of the price of both for a refund. I'm not done with this. I hope to work on spreading the word to never purchase anything from Lisandsalman.

Buyer beware! This is a SHEIN scam! I paid twice as much for the product. The product was made of a very cheap material and shipped from China. Moreover, even though the shop says that it offers a full money back return policy, I was only offered 10% of the purchase or 50% gift card to their shop.

This is a catfish scam.

First they mislead people that their products are from the US because they talk up Charleston, NC. Then I ordered them on 7/30 and received them on 8/13/26. No ability to track where the package was from. Did find out it came from China. These were to be quality orthopedic slippers, but they are synthetic, not leather and NOT orthopedic at all - no arch support at all. JUST JUNK!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHAM HOUSE OF FOREIGN PRODUCTS - POOR QUALITY!!!!!!

I have never shopped here and I am looking forward to receiving the dress I ordered for my daughters wedding to see how it looks on me. The merchandise online looks really nice and reasonably priced. The process so far has been very smooth.
