I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience with this company. The brand presents itself as ethical and customer-focused, but my experience has been the opposite.

This was my first order with this brand, and I purchased a set that was on sale. The product description advised customers to size up, so I followed that guidance. When the order arrived, the trousers were not only too big at the waist, but the fit around the groin area was extremely baggy and looked poorly cut. The fabric is awful and cheap quality, far from the finest fabric as they described.

After trying the items on, I immediately attempted to open a return through their website. That’s when I discovered that the items were marked as “sample sale” and therefore non-returnable. This restriction was not clearly stated in the product listing when I purchased the items. It appears to be hidden within the returns policy rather than clearly communicated at the point of purchase.

I contacted customer service, explaining the situation, but they refused to accept the return or offer a refund. For a brand that promotes itself as ethical and customer-friendly, this lack of flexibility and transparency is very disappointing.

Customers should be aware that sale items may not be refundable, even though this is not clearly communicated when purchasing. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious before ordering from this company.

Please allow me to return my items and return my money.

The clothes are absolutely beautiful, particularly if you love colours and beautiful fabrics.

Bear with Lisou if the communication is a little slow as it is a small company, but it deals with integrity. My exchange and return was handled and I doubt I will see anyone wearing such a striking jacket as the one I purchased.

Lisou seems to be a fairly new brand. Recently I purchased a beautiful velvet maxi-dress, model name Gigi. On the day I wore it for the first time, it was slightly raining. At home I discovered light colored rain spots on the back of the dress, from the waist down. I wrote to the company - with attached picture of the spots.
I am happy to now adjust this review to a five star experience: I received a full refund.
