Had a great experience, ordered four adjustable wool pillows. The wool pillows were generously filled and very comfortable and the pillows themselves arrived in three days. Very good purchase and competitive prices for wool pillows. Happy with my purchase.

This review is for a curtain pole. It arrived promptly. I day that to stsrt the review with something positive. However the pole came in two parts that required assembly. The website did not specify this. They argued the point but could not point iut to me where it said the pole came in two parts and said if i wanted to return it id have to pay the postage. Wishnid checked them out here first

If I could leave no stars I would. Ordered two items 9 days late had to chase. For one to be delivered. They lied on several occasions saying they had sent it but it got lost. Then refunded me and told me to buy again. I did that for the wrong item to come. Called they said they have sent out a replacement they lied and hadn't so im at a loss. Worst company I've ever dealt with id avoid at all costs and she was extremely rude to me.

Avoid! Taken payment then sent an automated email saying order cancelled. No reason and no refund. And so the hassle begins! I wish I’d read reviews before ordering. Not confident I will see my £100 back.

DHL seem to have lost my order. You'd expect support form customer service by they seem to outsource that to abroad. No help, DHL uncontactable. Will be starting a claim with mu bank.

Useless company! Lied about goods being delivered. 1st delivery never arrived and when I contacted them apparently the parcel got lost - but they could not provide any evidence an order was ever posted out! Waited for a 2nd delivery which never arrived either. No communication,reason or apology ever given. Took money and no goods ever received. Thankfully paid on credit card. An absolute JOKE of a company.
Another company contacted me - @haddowgroup.com who seemed to be working on the images and nothing materialized from them either. You wont know what company they've shared all your details with, worringly!

Nothing went right.
First delivery never arrived. Apparently the blinds got wet in transit.
Second attempt. Incorrect blinds sent. They sat in our hallway for nearly 3 months.
Finally correct blinds delivered 3 months on. Oh and incorrect ones picked up.
They use the words apologies and noted a lot in emails. They can't follow an email thread.
Best avoided. But if you like stressful transactions you'll love these guys

Avoid this company. I ordered 3 blinds, of which 1 pair arrived a couple of weeks later. The other two were nowhere to be seen. I emailed to ask where they were, and they told me that they'd gotten wet in transit and they were sending replacements in the next 2 days and would send me a tracking number. A week later and I'd heard nothing, so i emailed again. This time they claimed they would send them that day, and a tracking number the following day. Again, nothing. Now they are not responding to emails and I am £50 down.
Now seeing other reviews, it is obvious that this is common practice with this company. Avoid at all costs.

I have ordered fabric on the 17/05/24, Order #3979, believing it is dead stock only to be updated after enquiry that it had to be still printed. No update email followed, instead of receiving goods after promised 5-7 working days, 10 working days have passed and I am still waiting for an update and paid for goods. Appalling, will not purchase from again.

Delivery of my blinds took 5 weeks with no communication from Lister Cartwright. I had to chase to find out where my order was. I also ordered Made to Measure and paid for this service. When the blinds finally arrived, they weren’t made to measure, they were the generic size and didn’t fit the windows. Lister Cartwright offered to replace them but as we couldn’t wait for potentially another 5 weeks, I declined and requested some reimbursement instead. We’d try and cut the blinds down to size ourselves. Customer services refunded the £8 for the Made to Measure service but categorically refused any other reimbursement for the length of time for delivery (their website states 4-5 days for production and delivery) or the fact that I had to chase every step of the way. I would encourage everyone to avoid this company. They really don’t value their customers and their service is rubbish.
