Disappointed 😔
Unfortunately our cakes were very disappointing. They actually looked nothing like the ones on the pictures. I had sent them to an 80 year old lady as a treat after her knee replacement. She said that overall they were quite sweet. The lemon one was her favourite and the taste as expected for lemon.
Sadly, I don’t think they were worth the money.
Delivery was excellent though - just one working day after my order went in.

Lovely little cakes The communication updates on delivery…
The communication updates on delivery were good and the cakes arrived exactly at the right time.
They were packed well and look lovely. My grandsons devoured them.
Slight disappointment that having a son with nut allergy I was a bit surprised at how many of the 9 different options I had chosen contained nuts. I think this should have been a lot clearer when selecting.

Very tasty cakes
Lovely selection of cakes available and delivered on selected date (with an additional payment). My daughter loved them but my only issue was there is no option to include a message / greeting to let the recipient know who they are from. There was an option to buy a greetings card to include but they were £3.99. I had to alert my daughter that she should expect a delivery which spoiled the surprise a little.
Good value for 9 individual cakes and the feedback was they are delicious. I will use this company again

As our cakes are often sent as gifts, we do not include any paperwork and so the optional greetings card is therefore the only way to include a personal message. Best cheering up gift ever!
These little cakes were well received by a couple who were in dire need of cheering up and they did the job. Easy to order although I did make a mistake and sent an email (or two) trying to correct it, the team rectified my error and the cakes were delivered on time.
Now I would like somebody to send me some 😁

There was an error in the address so…
There was an error in the address so the cakes were not delivered - the response from the bakery was to be extremely hostile, rude and passive aggressive... and to demand more money. Then block me!

Please note, as a general rule, when an order is placed, we rely on the delivery address provided by the customer to ensure a successful delivery. To help prevent mistakes, we always send out a confirmation email and an order completion email so the customer can review the order details—including the delivery address—and correct any errors before dispatch.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the order cannot be delivered, there are costs involved in resending it. However, in recognition that errors can happen, we do not ask the customer to cover the full amount. Instead, we share the responsibility by covering half of the resending cost ourselves. This policy helps us maintain fairness while still ensuring the order reaches the customer as smoothly as possible.

Beautifully made cakes
Beautifully made cakes, delivered so delicately. There was so much choice I will definitely be ordering again. I purchased additional chocolates, but the wrong item was sent, however the customer care team resolved the issue with the correct item recieved not 24 hours later. They were amazing!

My mini cakes arrived all in tact, arrived on day requested.
The cakes were slightly smaller than I was expected. They were absolutely delicious and I will definitely order again for a gift for someone.
