Disappointed with the portion sizes and the "BOGOF" deal, Small Portions & High Prices,

I really wanted to like this place, but I was quite shocked by how small the portions are. To be honest, the desserts are tiny for the price they charge.

We went for the "Buy One Get One Free" offer on waffles, but it felt very misleading. Instead of giving us two separate full waffles, they simply cut one single waffle in half and served it as two portions. So essentially, you're paying for one waffle and getting one waffle, just split onto two plates. It feels like false advertising.

Compared to other dessert shops in the area, the competitors serve much bigger, better portions and better value for money. I won't be coming back when you can get double the amount elsewhere for the same price.

Absolutely love this place, highly recommend Dubai chocolate pistachio and strawberry cup it's sensational

Service from Shivu at the Swindon branch was good. Food was good.
I would worry about allergens contamination though as I appeared to have gotten a scoop of Oreo ice cream that I never asked for and was not advised about

Desserts was beautifull and full of taste & staff was very kind. Fahad serve the dessrts to us abd it was a Good day.

Atiya was a wonderful front of house, very helpful and polite and couldn't do enough to make us feel special and Cameron was on the ball under the stress of how busy it was , I had the golden lotus banana French toast and it was the best desert I've ever had.

We were so excited to try this and it did not disappoint. Cam and Atiya provided the most incredible customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them.
The food is insanely good. I ordered a strawberry matcha, raspberry waffle, banana french toast and the Bruce cake. Everything is exceptional.
Thank you, we can't wait to return.

Ordered desert and paid by card was called back straight away and advised there was no delivery drivers. I was told I would be refunded money. Gave it a fee days nothing. Rang them back was told to wait till friday, again nothing. Rang again told again to wait. Nothing still. Then they gave me a whats app number to forward receipt too. So did this. Still nothing. Im just gonna have yo take the loss. Unfortunately. Disappointing

I bought a dessert to takeaway, I took one mouthful to find it was stale, didn’t taste or smell nice, and the guy serving wasn’t bothered whether he was serving me or not. This was in the Trowbridge branch, which was completely empty, I wonder why?🤔

The staff were amazing and so lovely, especially Usman and Afza top tier service 🙌 🌟

I have had a highly unprofessional experience with this shop. I placed an order that was never received, and my attempts to resolve the matter were met with significant hostility.

It took over an hour to reach anyone at the shop. While I remained polite and respectful, I was treated with rudeness and abuse. When the owner eventually called me, she was immediately aggressive and stated she would not issue a refund before hanging up on me. Subsequent attempts to follow up resulted in further hang-ups and unfulfilled promises of a return call.

Furthermore, the environment at the shop is deeply concerning. The employees I spoke with appeared stressed and seemed afraid of the owner, which was unsettling to witness over the phone.

I have escalated this matter to the franchise owner. As I was calling from a business line, all interactions and calls regarding this incident have been recorded.

Ordered an iced matcha. No other words than disgusting. It did not come as advertised and to top it off spilled all over the bag. Rang up to tell them it tasted off and got told no it doesnt, like sorry did u taste ?! Wont be ordering for here again as customer service is as shocking as the drink and food.

Worst dessert shop ever!! Poor presentation, vile taste and way over priced! I should know better not to order cookie dough from them! So far ive had a burnt cookie and half a cookie and one with disgusting presentation it looked like a dog's dinner.

Came 20 minutes late. All that was in the Gooey Brownie blast was chocolate ice cream and vanilla ice cream.
Hardly any cream, and no brownie squares or chocolate sauce
Also the ice cream had ice in it.
Pure waste of money and won’t be using again
For £10 I would of liked a serviette and a spoon also

Absolutely rubbish service. After some time trying to assess our requirements from a very very extensive menu, apparently 2 teas one coffee one mocha and 2 small puddings, was complicated. the place was virtually empty when we walked in

Horrible customer service Cutlery was incerible dirty and the workers were very rude to me and my family

Wrong food delivered. Phoned said they were sending correct food ..took another hour to arrive.. when chasing up staff hung up phone and then appeared to switch phone lines off.

Good food, good customer service, can't complain really
