Lovely styles and well described. Earrings arrived very quickly and were just as good as I hoped - great quality. Just wish more alternative styles had been in stock as might have ordered more.

The bow earrings are nothing like they appear online. The metal is a dirty grey colour and looks like steel.

When the earrings finally arrived, I wore them once and the ball fastening fell off the front. Messaged the company and 2 separate platforms and had zero response. The earrings are now unwearable. The second pair I bought have also turned my ears green. Would never purchase again.

I ordered 3 pairs of lovely earrings ( 3rd pair free!) my only failing was the delivery time , I didn't realise it was an overseas order. I thought it was a UK based firm., hence the 2 week delivery time.

I chose the chunky huggies but was so disappointed in the time they took to arrive - 10 days and the customer service is dreadful. I sent two emails o e asking about my order and one about stock availability on another item both were ignored. The earrings seem well made but if your ear lobes are more than small they may not fit. I would not order from this company again and wish I had read the reviews first. If I have any problems I will not hesitate to raise a complaint with paypal.

Ive ordered a few times. Excellent.

I ordered 5 items from them on 7th July and I still haven't received them. They took the money out of my bank account on 8th July. 2 of the items were for a birthday on August 1st, but I've had to buy something else. I've sent 3 emails to them to try to find out when they're being dispatched. I have received NO REPLY. Terrible customer service.

I’ve brought some things from this company over a couple of years. I was pleased with the advent box I brought and some other earrings I ordered. However now I had subscribed to the monthly stack and the quality doesn’t seem the same and some come broken. I have tried to cancel the subscription but the url doesn’t work. I have emailed a few times and left messages on social media. Yet I keep getting emails about taking my money. That is not ok. How do I get this cancelled.

I placed an order on the 15th July and 12 days later I’ve not received the jewellery that I’ve paid for. Acc to my email it hasn’t even been dispatched yet. I have made several attempts to contact the seller of this company, for it to fall on deaf ears. I have no way of knowing if this will arrive in time for my daughter’s upcoming birthday. Dreadful service, dreadful communication. Avoid at all costs
