Little Fae Opiniões

Fast delivery and an excellent product. It is perfect for our kitchen where we have set up a play area for our son. We have stone kitchen floors that are hard and cold. This mat protects from both.

Disappointing damage happened to this mat.
Prior to buying two of these mats we had one from munchkin and bear (now moved into my sons room). It was amazing and we used it the same way in which we used this one. We never had any issues at all.
We recently saw a small hole in one of our mats. The only things that could have caused this is the highchair which sits on it or one of my sons toys. I feel for the price you pay the mat should be able to withstand both of these.

Having contacted the company, they spoke to their manufacturer and of course they said it was accidental damage. The company did give me a 50% discount on the damaged mat but i have lost faith since I feel it is not fit for the purpose it was made for. They did deny my request to return both mats due to the quality.

Will have to replace these mats at some point.

I have heard tumble and tots is very good so may be worth trying their mats instead.

Exceptional customer service.

Product is brilliant, excellent quality and couldn’t recommend it enough to friends and family!

Amazing play mats in great colour way options and good sizes. Super comfortable and great quality. Delivery was also great.

Neptune luxe playmat

Very happy with this product, it is amazing and versatile.
The playmat is unbelievably soft which is perfect for younger babies and tummy time.

The mat works as a perfect backdrop for at home photos & a great base for under our brio train set.

We look forward to seeing what other uses we can get from the playmat!

We are extremely happy with the product.

Ordered and received a beautiful plush large giraffe. The perfect addition to a play space or nursery… super soft and newborn safe too which is reassuring. I’ll definitely be ordering the little one too… fantastic customer service who sorted out my delivery issue very quickly. Thank you.

Lovely great quality playmat! Really comfy and really good size. Would highly recommend! The free giraffe was a lovely added touch.

Amazing service and Play mat. Item was shipped quickly and arrived in a couple of days. The play mat is great! Super soft, beautifully designed and comfy highly recommend. Such an amazing small business. Will be recommending to all friends and family.

The mat has what seems to be an overpowering chemical smell. Bought it two weeks ago, had it in a spare room with a window open and unravelled, still smells today.

Edit - the mat did air ok in the end and we’ve now no concerns using it. Thank you to the team at Little Fae for offering a refund, we’ll stick with it in the end. It bears the weight of an adult sitting with baby and still has plenty of bounce in it so it’s making playtime fun.

I would highly recommend this play mat my little girl love it. Thank you!

Brilliant company and product, super fast processing and dispatching. The mat is perfect for our little one great for tummy time, learning to roll and crawl. Takes a lot of stress off the mind about them rolling and knocking their heads. Looks great too.

This has been the best purchase for our 8 month old, he can now happily sit by himself without the fear of hurting himself when he loses his balance! The pattern looks fab in our room too. Love it! Thank you

Prompt delivery of goods as described. Nice mat

Purchased an ‘imperfect’ mat to keep the cost down. The only imperfection was on the other side to the side I use so it’s perfect for me. So comfy for myself and my little one. Fits under my sofa for easy storage. All around great investment

The mat is perfect. Exactly what I was looking for!!

Really excellent customer service, a wonderful company. Thank you!

Beautiful mat and lovely customer experience - they went out of the way to help me exchange to the size I needed. Highly recommend on both product and company.

Quick delivery, beautiful Mat!

Great quality, just what I was looking for. Heard about Totter and Tumble but came across Little Fae and the quality is exactly the same, but about £40 cheaper. Lots of designs to choose from and love the fact it is reversible.
Quick delivery despite getting an email with discount code as the owner was going to be on holiday. Very pleased and would definitely purchase again.

Beautiful mat, great quality, great price and speedy delivery! Thank you!
