I love Little Green Radicals so much, they are just a fantastic company. From brilliant values, to clothes of amazing quality, and the majority of their items being unisex, I've been a repeated customers via their online shop and looking for second hand Little Green Radicals on Vinted.

Whether I've bought new clothes or LGR second hand, the items wear so well. I've purchased many knowing that for any future children, no matter the gender, they'll be able to reuse these clothes and they won't look like "hand me downs".

I've spoken to the customer services team about a return and an out of stock item, and they've friendly and quick to answer both times.

If they could just make some adult clothing now too, I'd love to match my little one in both looks and comfort!

Fantastic quality clothes for good prices sent very quickly. I esp love their reversible items - so practical!

I placed an order for clothes on 24 May with next day delivery, knowing it was a bank holiday weekend, so I expected the order to arrive by Tuesday. I received no dispatch confirmation, and when I tried to contact customer service, none of my calls went through. I emailed and was told there had been a warehouse error, and my order had only just been dispatched.

They sent me a tracking number with no courier info, so I had to waste more time figuring out who had my parcel. By Thursday, the courier still hadn’t received it, and I had to chase the seller again. No one would answer the phone, and emails went ignored. When I finally got a response, I was told there were now courier issues and that delivery would be delayed another 1–3 working days.

At that point, I requested a cancellation. No confirmation — nothing. I only knew the parcel was being returned because I checked with the courier myself. The seller did not update me until 4 days later, when they did apologise.

To be clear, I actually really like the brand’s eco-friendly values and that their clothes are made from organic cotton. That’s one of the reasons I chose to shop with them in the first place. But if you’re going to offer next day delivery, you need to deliver on that promise — and when things go wrong, your customer service should be there to support.

The combination of failed delivery and poor communication is not just frustrating — it’s completely unacceptable. This ordeal caused me stress, wasted time, and ruined a special occasion I had planned for.

Frankly, it’s insulting to treat customers like this. Avoid this company unless you’re happy to be ignored and disappointed.

Really irritating website, can't just browse without constant pop ups and email sign up requests. Just wanted to buy some items but couldn't so didn't.

The most wonderful company, really nice quality clothes, beautiful thick cotton, the sweaters are 🤩🤩🤩 I had an issue with sizing and customer care team were just wonderful. Feels like you’re dealing with a small family business ❤️ keep it up!

Just purchased some items and found the quality, shipping and shopping experience great. Have recommended to friends and plan to buy more in the future.

We were very fortunate to be gifted baby clothes from LGR for our 1 year old and they are so lovely. I especially have to thank Christie from the Customer Service team who was very helpful when I needed to exchange an item and completely messed up the order lol. Thank you for all your help, from a very sleep deprived mammy 🙈

I receive almost everyday emails from them after one shopping. I have never subscribed. I can unsubscribe and I did but issue is that they spam you without your consent.

I have been SO impressed with the customer service at little green radicals - unfortunately my item was out of stock, I was contacted straight away with a personal email. They very generously agreed for me to choose another item and gave me a discount for my inconvenience. The item arrived quickly, suitably packaged and a really good quality item. Will certainly be using them again and will be recommending to all my friends.

Easy to use store. Packaged well, and high quality clothing.
Received email about delivery at each stage, lines of communication were clear and no problems occurred.

This is such a great company their clothes are quality and very attractive. The items are dispatched quickly and they really care about their customers.
In one instance, I had to leave an honest review stating that the size did not match the size of my child, but explained as I had taken the tags off I couldn’t return and had just reordered the item, one size up. I was disappointed when the same problem happened again.
The company went out of their way to get in touch with me to discuss the issue. They offered me a voucher covering the cost of the items so I was able to buy something nice for my son. Such a lovely company and the clothes are quality. Would highly recommend

The customer service at this company is top notch! It is very hard to find great companies these days but Little Green Radicals is one of them. I had a minor issue with my order and the attention I received was absolutely incredible and far exceeded my expectations. The products I ordered were of great quality as well. Definitely will be ordering regularly and will refer to friends. Five stars!

Excellent customer service and great quality product.

The clothes may cost a little more than fast fashion products but the quality is way better cotton is super thick, resistant to multiple machine washes, colors remain brilliant through the years, and the textures are lovely. Moreover, they pay great attention to the environment and global sustainability.

I don’t agree with the negative reviews on here at all. We buy loads of clothes from this ethical company for our little girl and they are always lovely…really good quality, durable, wash well with gorgeous and unique prints and styles. Delivery is always speedy and you can get real bargains in the sale. Customer service has always been excellent for us too on all of the many occasions we have ordered.

Quality Of clothes is awful with TERRIBLE customer service. I don’t know why I ever thought to try this brand. 0 stars if I could!

Waiting on a shipment for a large order but somewhat skeptical of all the good reviews now as a recent purchase from a third party retailer has developed piling after just a few wears. Disappointed as the fabric was soft and I have been looking for soft organic clothes due to my child’s eczema

Not only the best quality product but excellent aftercare, immediate refund, responsive and super friendly customer service ( with Caroline leading there)!
Honestly I wish all the companies had those standards and business ethics!

I bought a snowsuit for my neice and she loves it.
Only improvement I would like to see from the company would be transparency on how the cotton and materials for the clothing is sustainably supplied e.g. Not contributing to deforestation
