Delivery company did not deliver my parcel, I contacted Little Tots and replacement was sent out immediately, excellent customer service, thank you

Hi Emily

We can only apologise that your order arrived smashed/damaged. As you would have seen we use additional wrapping to try and avoid this, and on a whole this works as damages are rare.

Checking though our emails we cannot find anything from you to actually let us know that it arrived like this. We would ask that you reach out to us at support@littletotstoys.co.uk and we can either refund your order or ship you a replacement.

UPDATE 24/12
For transparency we did manage to locate Emily's original email, it had gone into our junk folder for some reason, her second email came through fine. To add to the confusion, the courier took the item back and said they'd notify us that it was damaged, which isn't the process.

However, we posted a replacement yesterday and its due to be delivered today in time for Christmas

Amazing customer service

Honestly the best customer service I have received... I ordered a 5 piece toddler dinner set, which broke in transit, contacted them via email got an immediate reply (from Paul) who sent out another set the following day. Beautiful dinner set which my children are looking forward to using. Highly recommend Little Tots Toys ! Will be using them again :)

This was a great experience the item I ordered was out of stock but I was informed immediately and because I could not take it my son it was redirected to their address and a note included… very grateful 🥲
