Daniela and Christina have crafted something exceptional. Since starting our subscription to the littlewine boxes in January, we've been thoroughly impressed with the consistent quality and the insightful stories behind each wine. It's been a delightful journey of learning and tasting, with immense gains in just a few months.A standout moment in their superb customer service was when Parcelforce unfortunately lost my package. Daniela took swift action to send a replacement, ensuring we didn't miss our monthly selection.While Parcelforce's service is lacking—unable to specify a safe place, provide contact numbers, and failing deliveries even when we're home—littlewine's customer support more than compensates for this. If possible, I suggest they consider a different courier.If you're keen on enjoying top-notch wine with a conscience and expanding your knowledge about what you drink, littlewine's subscription boxes are the market leaders (far surpassing others like Oranj and Low Intervention).

Exquisite wines offered at fair prices and timely delivery.

Ordered two bespoke gift boxes of fine wine as a present yesterday (whole bottles rather than halves). They're being delivered today - so super fast service! And I've ordered from LFW before - all top quality wines hand-picked by a Master of Wine!

Daniela and Christina have created something truly special here. We've been subscribers of the littlewine boxes since January this year and have been so impressed by consistent quality and value of the wines and background research into their individual stories. We've enjoyed learning loads (and consuming) and have gained so much in this short span of time.

One particular highlight of their excellent customer service to date is that when Parcelforce unfortunately misplaced my package, Daniela went out of her way to replace my delivery so that we would not miss out on that month's subscription.

Although the delivery service from Parcelforce leaves much to be desired (amongst others: not being able to specify your safe place or leave a contact number, missed deliveries despite us being at home), littlewine's customer service have more than made up for this shortfall. My suggestion to the team would be choose a different courier (if at all possible!)

If you're interested in drinking high quality wine with an ethical backbone, and learning more about what you consume, littlewine's subscription boxes are currently far and beyond the best on the market (Oranj, Low Intervention etc come to mind, and lag behind significantly).

Good communications, excellent range, prompt delivery. Overall, first class service.
