What a super company to deal with! I bought a product from them that is quite hard to source in the UK but unfortunately it was faulty. I wrote to Livbio and had a very quick response. They apologised and immediately sent out a replacement- as in it arrived the next day! I can’t credit them enough for their efficiency and wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again!

I haven’t tried the AHCC product just yet. I’ve only placed my order recently.

However, my interaction and communication with LivBio before my order has been refreshing to say the least. So beautiful and supportive that I felt it was worth sharing a review. Especially at a time where businesses are so focused only on revenue they forget the humanity behind every transaction.

Furthermore, AHCC is a relatively new discovery and supplement and highly potent when manufactured using the proper fermented process, currently available in Japan. It’s evident that LivBio understands this and sort out authentic and certified AHCC from Japan, saving me a great deal of time sourcing it from Japan or the US where I used to get it from.

I accidentally ordered the same thing twice so emailed customer services for a cancellation/refund. They responded within an hour and sorted it out for me. I haven’t received my order yet but customer service is excellent. Thank you.

Used the Liv bio Ahcc for a month plus . I used their Ahcc +3 (6tabs very morning) and their papillocare. And the HPV high strains and mild dyskaryosis was all gone. I had been HPV + since May 2023 but all gone just under two months. I think this definitely worked. I should say I supplemented the AhCc with the Iherb AhCc but it was too pricey and always ran out of stock

I have just received my product to heal low grade HPV. The reviews are excellent I see here. Delivery swift. I'm just very surprised how short the tube is. It is not reaching the desired area of my anatomy. A clinical view of the very short tube not being an issue would be appreciated. As this product is expensive...

I got diagnosed with high risk HPV , after taking 6 tablets daily for 5 months now I have not repeated the smear yet but I can say that my overall immune system has improved significantly. I was sick every month with flu, tonsillitis, otitis, cystitis … and since I started taking it I haven’t been sick once??!!

At first i was a bit weary of the website as i had never heard of them but ordered by items on a saturday morning and i got them by Sunday midday I was shocked (Royal Mail 24). The treatment was cheaper than Amazon too

As recommended by my Gynaecologist, I used the Papliocare Vaginal Gel for 9 months after my smear came back with high risk HPV virus. I used the gels each night for 2 months, then every other night for two months and repeated this schedule.
Today, my new smear result is clear for any high risk HPV virus. I'm absolutely delighted, super impressed and want to share this news to help others. Worth the cost.
Using the gel gets easier over time.

I used Papilocare gel as I was told by the physician I had pulps. After 6months of using this gel, my smear test came back negative with no pulp. Not sure if it's the product. You just have to be consistent using it and probably why results were acquired.Product also came on time when orderred.Thanks Livbio.

As a doctor I orderd IV vit c for my patient. I paid 500 euro. I never received the vit c and they kept communicating they will refund the paid amount but after 1 year i still haven't received anything. The customar service is friendly but they do nothing.

Customer service was top notch!

All I can say is, I was recommended to try their capsules by my consultant who attended a conference and has looked into the efficacy of livbio. After taking them for 6 months they have definitely worked. I don’t want to give any health information out on a public forum but if any women are recommended these following a smear test with distressing results just try these for the recommended time or the gel. It certainly won’t harm you and you’ve everything to gain. Thank you livbio for restoring my health!!!

I am very happy with the products and the delivery service. They are always on time and the packaging is well secured. I have been using there products for around 2months now and can honestly say I am very happy 😊

Great customer service

Very upset that this product has not arrived. Made an order before and everything arrived swiftly but this time nothing - if the royal mail service is so bad and products go missing maybe another service should be used.
I would be most grateful if someone could come back to me please.
