Amazing customer service
Unfortunately I didn't have any noticeable changes using the Testogreens Max but my extreme praise goes to the customer service team as they responded to my refund request very quickly. I was expecting a battle to have the refund given but not the case here!! I returned my unused bottles and the money was back on my credit card witin a couple of days!! Retrieved link to Phase IV two years after my original purchase.
Today (Sunday) I was trying to use "Phase IV" and realized I'd lost the link to the program. I still had the email from the order confirmation from over 2 years ago but not the order number needed to login. I reached out to Customer Service and within 2 hours I had an answer back AND the link to the program once again! THAT is great service... and on Palm Sunday to boot! Great work!

Credit card issue
Customer service brought a payment problem to my attention. I contacted and explained while requesting a suggested solution. They suggested and repaired immediately. Only minutes went by and my subscription is back on track. Excellent responsiveness!

Everything is ok, and calm.
Everything seems to work, and your support team responded quickly. Although the telemarketing team is too far over the top. Apparently, they saw the telemarket-eer's calling 6 times per hour, so they decided to email 6 times per day. Then the product department decided to separate out their products into an ever-increasing number of products, which tends to outstrip the money tree, leaving only dried Oak leafs instead of maple leaves.

This is for lot 25149 expires 12/2027 testochews.
when I ordered testochews about a year and a 1/2 or 2 years ago, they did taste great: I had to be careful not to have more than 2 a day. Also, they were a softer gummy. This particular order I received is not very soft, and the flavor, while not quite like licorice, has a hint of something that just does not taste anything near as good as before. So, I don't know if it was reformulated, or if this was a particularly bad batch, which is why I included the lot number, but I am not eating any more of these, and I will be canceling my monthly subscription regarding this particular batch of testochews.
