Understandable that these things happen however staff went over and above to offer me a replacement of any t shirt aswell as a discount to use in the future ! Well done and thank you !!

Poor experience - delayed shipping
Poor experience. I chose to buy from Live Clothing because my order qualified for free express shipping and I needed the item for father's Day. Live failed to ship it express which I wasn't sure if it was an error or intentionally just taking the least costly method in the hope their customers wouldn't notice. I contacted them when my Australia Post App notified me my order would be 1- 2 weeks away. They said they would update the parcel to get it to me in time but this didn't happen. I was offered a $10 voucher for my next purchase which wasn't much help as I didn't plan on shopping with them again. The parcel took 9 business days to arrive, a week after Father's day.

Hi Sophie, we're very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience. This is really not something we ever like to hear. I've had a look into your order, and it appears that you ordered on Fathers Day (6th Sept) and the order was dispatched on Monday 7th Sept. We acknowledge that a mistake was made by a new staff member, and your order was sent by parcel post (hence the discount voucher was offered as compensation). However, good news is that it arrived on Monday 14th Sept, which, if it helps, it's taking on average, 7x days for Australia Post to deliver to Victoria when we send via Express Post. So unfortunately, it would be unlikely that you would have received it sooner. Just so you know, Australia Post are no longer guaranteeing next day delivery (due to COVID) even though we still pay the premium for the service.
Hopefully the explanation provides some comfort. Please stay safe, and we look forward to you giving us another opportunity :)

Quality of knit excellent. Would have given 5 stars however jumper did not have the blue trim as shown in the picture on the website.

I was searching for the "Valerie Utility" Nana Judy dresses for EVER. They don't even have them on their own site! So when I saw that you had them I immediately had to get them! Shipping was fast. Thank you very much :)
