Probably worst shipping in e commerce! I like the brand but from the time you place the order you won’t get shipping details until a couple weeks later maybe . They need one of their employees to work for Amazon and see how they do logistics !

Even with a high level of patience, orders from this store are processed unacceptably slowly.

My latest order, which will also be my last, was placed more than four weeks ago, fully prepaid, and to this day there is not even a shipping confirmation.

Customer support does not respond to emails at all.
They also ignore messages and comments on social media.

At this point, the only remaining option is to escalate via the Better Business Bureau and leave reviews on platforms like Trustpilot.

This is a clear example of complete disregard for customers, total lack of customer orientation, and marketing behavior that actively accelerates the collapse of an already poorly managed product.

Additionally, the quality of the clothing is getting worse. Even when ordering the same models of the same T-shirts, the sizing is inconsistent. It genuinely feels like the garments are produced without proper quality control.

This was my last order from this store.
I strongly do not recommend dealing with this company.

Won't respond to emails. Slowest shipping I've ever seen. (Still hadn't shipped actually). If rather have a refund at this point

This brand is no longer what it used to be. Poor customer service..shipping is terrible.
And to make it worse…the quality of blanks they use now are cheap quality..one wash and done shirts and for the price they are no longer worth it. Ordered 4 shirts and 4 joggers and all but a black tank were very poor quality. It also took almost 1 month to ship out. NOT WORTH THE MONEY.

Sent multiple emails to customer service with no response. Reached out on Instagram to the apparel website and Randall himself. No response. I placed two orders on two separate occasions. Both orders did not ship for over two weeks. Multiple items ordered were the wrong size and wrong item no response from customer service. Following lvft for years extremely disappointed.

If you order an item from them and it's the wrong size you will have to pay to ship it and pay to receive the correct size. They do not offer free shipping.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
Horrible company. Horrible staff. Zero way of contacting them. 2 of the 3 methods they claim to offer (phone and chat) are actually not available

They shipped my package to a completely different continent. Then claimed it was my issue yet the address provided was correct.
I demanded a refund and the customer support unleashed on me. They then resent it even after I documented I wanted it cancelled. They sent it anyways. I then refused the shipment and they still won’t refund me. Absolute sham of a company!

They don’t give out refunds. If something doesn’t fit, it’s your fault.
