Hi Mr Jamie,

Thank you so much for your feedback and sorry you feel so disappointed. Our jars contain 14 servings, I'm not sure why you got only 9, please let us know if you used more than two scoops per serving? I would like to get to the bottom of this. (Please email info@livehermosa.com with details, so we can help you)

Regarding our price, we understand why you think we are expensive. Not many companies are brave enough to only use natural ingredients rather than from concentrates or hight quality proteins (the industry has educated everyone that proteins are cheap). There is a huge variety of protein quality out there, and trust us, we only use the top of the range. Regardless, we respect that you have other proteins that make you as happy as HERMOSA makes us.

Thank you so much for your feedback and we are terribly sorry that you didn't find HERMOSA good enough for your taste. That is fair enough, we know taste buds are different for everyone, so we are glad to hear that you like Optimum. Just one thing regarding the price in case you didn't see on our website: our protein is sourced from grass fed cows in the UK and that is a very important factor to have into considerations when thinking about the price, not even mention that all our ingredients are as natural as they can get. So here is our point of view: We are so proud with the fact that our jars are our most environmentally friendly option and wish you could see the value we see. For instance our glass jars are reusable and incredible containers to be used in many different ways: Vases, grains and spices containers, candle holders, as well as to refill your HERMOSA protein and have it proudly displayed and to hand on your kitchen counter. Follow us on IG for incredible ideas of how to reuse our jars and let us know how your journey goes from here. If we haven't changed your mind, that is fair :). Have a HERMOSA day! - However, as I see you have updated your review stating that the labels were peeling off, we are so sorry. Please email info@livehermosa.com and we will get this sorted for you. It's very rare that this specific problem has happened and we apologise for it. We label all our jars by hand and that means some times with weather changes it may occur. Apologies, not our intention as we always want to provide the best experience.
