Booked Lauren for a pregnancy massage and absolutely loved her. This was my first massage and I was incredibly nervous prior but she has such an amazing personality and is so open and kind that wasn’t nervous after meeting her. She had so much knowledge and knew exactly what to do to help with my pain and how to help with later pains. She went above and beyond with treatment and recommendations. Will deffo be booking her again

First massage ever! Went for a sports massage with Alex and she was amazing! She really got into all the tight spots and knew what she was doing. 10/10 recommend her!!! Chronic sciatica sufferer here and I’ve not been able to stand up straight in nearly 6 months! 30 minutes with Alex and I’m able to stand almost perfectly straight for a long period of time! Definitely booking her again!

i have had a bad shoulder for a coupe of months which i think is a sports injury i had an appointment with jessica in sutton coldfield and had an hours treatment
i was advised that this could be a shoulder rotator cuff injury
i am happy with the first treatment and i have made an appointment for 2 weeks

We recently had Steven from LiveWell visit our offices to provide soft tissue massages. The experience was outstanding. Steven was not only highly professional but also incredibly reassuring, creating a calming space where our team could truly unwind. His approach made everyone feel comfortable, and his communication before, during, and after the session was fantastic. We genuinely appreciated the care and attention to detail he provided. Contacted LiveWell as I had severe neck and shoulder pain. Daniel came to the house - extremely pleasant and helpful young man who explained what he was doing to ease the pain and suggested exercises to keep it at bay. Would heartily recommend Thank you

Enjoyed my pregnancy massage with Rose. She talked me through the massage before starting and during and ensured I was comfortable with positioning and pressure from massage throughout. She definitely helped with the pains I have been experiencing, especially where my posture has been impacted by the pregnancy. Felt lighter afterwards! This was my first deep tissue massage by Alexandra, previously I had Steve for years who is amazing so I had very high standards of his team. Alex didn’t disappoint, very friendly, professional and knowledgable and has really helped ease my back (which was in a bad way)!

I booked in with Rosie for lymphatic drainage and whilst I had done my own research, Rosie taught me a lot that I didn’t know about the treatment and was very knowledgeable on this. She was so friendly and I felt great after the treatment. I can’t wait for the next one!

Callum was on time and very polite. He made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I was able to ask any questions and Callum could answer them all.

Alexandra is very professional and has excellent knowledge, I was suffering with severe pain in my shoulder/back and crippling head aches. After one session ( sports massage) my main symptoms had significantly eased. 100% would recommend Alexandra!

Lisa was great. Very friendly. At the beginning of the appointment we discussed what I was wanting done, if there were any problem areas I wanted to concentrate on. When I explained about some knee pain I experience, she talked through what she thought the issue might be. She talked through muscles she was working as she was going and checked pressure levels during the whole process. Highly recommend and am eager to book her services again.

I booked a last minute physio due to a sudden shoulder injury, and Callum was amazing! He was very friendly, incredibly knowledgeable and was able to identify the problem instantly. He also gave advice on what I should do in the following week to help to continue with recovery. After my treatment with Callum I felt immediate relief - allowing me to continue with my active job.
