A trustworthy, reliable organisation. Alexandra was absolutely fantastic. Despite being at a 4 day long corporate event she arrived an hour early for the massage at my home which was much appreciated. Alexandra was well equipped, very polite and patient despite my appointment being in the late evening. The customer service was also great. I really enjoyed my massage and the conversation.
The massage was absolutely amazing and I felt my requirements were addressed perfectly. I will most definitely be booking a massage again in the next few weeks. I highly recommend Live Well Health and Alexandra. A kind, hardworking individual.

Hollie my massage theraspist was absolutely phenomenal. She came to my home and was exceptionally professional, caring and attentive. Hollie put me completely at ease and was really chatty and relatable. My massage was just divine, I felt relaxed and revitalised at the same time. I had a few knots from a sport's injury and Hollie competently massaged them out. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She happily answered all my questions. I just can't wait to book Hollie again. Today i went for my first massage for a painful neck ache with restricted movement. I booked with Alison, one of the senior therapists at LIVEWELL HEALTH Sports massage therapy.
I completed a full history and physical questionnaire as it was my first visit, then Alison explained what the massage would involve.
My neck felt a little less tense after the treatment but still tender. Alison told me to add ice and heat to the area and would contact my after 48 hours to see how i felt. She suggested further treatment would be beneficial as my shoulder area was very tense. Alison is very knowledgeable professional and gave me great advice. I feel I will definitely be re-booking.

Today I had for the first time a 1hr pregnancy massage done by Holly. She came to my home and I really much needed. All my body was in so much tension, also I am suffering from scistica during this period which is common for a 28 weeks pregnant woman, but straight and also during the massage I felt better.
Will definitely re-book a few sessions till my due date.
Definitely recommend.

Amazing massage and cupping session with Calum today. He is a very professional and skilled individual who knows how to really work on the main areas of concern. He also give me some advice on how to prevent certain aches and strains from occurring in the future alongside with some exercises. I will definitely be using Calum more regularly now.
