Dress quality is was shockingly awful. Bad cut and quality. Shipped back after been offered 30% and now the email just bounces back. Complete scam. Stay well clear and don’t waste your money.

Ordered a dress and absolutely shocked what was delivered, nothing like the picture, awful material and does not fit. Really struggling to get a refund back. Am utterly disappointed. I would not even use it for rags. Please stay away from this company a complete scam.

I placed an order over a month ago and nothing has arrived.
Nothing but auto generated emails offering their 'sincere apologies' and no replies from the Info email address.

The items I ordered are poor quality and nothing like what they advertise to be. They ignore my many emails to try and get them returned and a refund. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
DO NOT waste your money or time on this company. It is worse than children's dress up costumes.
Not only are their products rubbish, they are completely fraudulent giving you an address to send the items back to knowing full well that it will never make it there. I spent another $40 to return $300 worth of clothing and kept getting an auto message with the exact same wording every time I emailed them. LIARS FAKE FRAUDULENT. absolute mongrels and should be closed down. I don’t know how or why they are aloud to continue to rip people off!

If I could give zero stars I would! Service has been appalling and company is a scam. Ive still not received my order that I placed in April and the service has been appalling. No one reaches out other than to email with tracking links that don’t have any updates. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered as I would avoid at all costs!

I ordered a dress from this boutique and the quality was absolutely horrible. It was as thin as a silk gown. I was so disappointed and attempted to return it but the shipping cost was over half the cost of the dress. Please do not waste your money or time because you will be stuck with a silk cloth that you cannot return. It was not true to size. The xl fit size medium person. Just horrible

WHAT A COMPLETE SCAM AND ABSOLUTE SHAM. Says …… Livia's Boutique, founded by Nicola in 2016, is a women's fashion destination with both online and physical store in Felixstowe, Suffolk, UK. Its mission is to empower women through fashion, providing a personalized shopping experience and curated selection of on-trend pieces. A COMPLETE LIE. This is all a front. The quality of goods is shambolic. They refuse to accept returns even in perfect condition. The business itself is in CHINA. Do not be a fool I was conned by lovely pics of outfits. Once bitten - hopefully I can prevent this happening to anyone else. Emails are run off by robots.

Emailed company requesting return address as dress wasn’t suitable, didn’t reply for over a week. Replied to my second email quickly, were very keen to offer a partial 10% refund and me keep the dress - bit strange? Then offered 20% etc.. I persisted for full refund they then sent me return address suggested tracked shipping, when I replied to say I would get item posted with details provided and tracked shipping the email bounced straight back for the first time. Stated email address could no longer be found. Seen a review very similar where customer had the exact same experience and now has to contact her bank for full refund as the website ghosts customers after providing details for return and making you pay for shipping also. Will try sell the dress now myself so I don’t lose money and I certainly won’t be shopping here again or recommending them.

Do not order from this company. I ordered 3 dresses and they were grossly misrepresented on the site. Very thin and poor quality. When I asked to return them (they state clearly on their site they have a 30 day back money guarantee) the offered a 20% refund, then a 30% refund. When I responded the last time, their email address no longer exists.

THIS IS A SCAM. The website says the store is located in the UK but this is a fast fashion company based in China. The tracking came from China and the dress does not have any tags indicated the material or care instructions. The material is similar to that used for Halloween costumes and the color is screen printed on the dress. You only have 5 minutes to cancel an order. They refuse to refund your purchase price. I was offered a new item, 10%, and 20% refunds in lieu of return. The customer is responsible for the return fee and it would have costed more than $100 to ship a single item to their address in China. Don’t waste your time on this company and if you do, make sure you use a credit card or PayPal to protect yourself!

Awful clothes, nothing like the website.
Website says it's a UK company closing down after 20 or so years in the business. It's not. It's a random Chinese company that send awful quality clothes. Cannot stress how bad the quality is. Do not buy from here!!!!!!!
They have told me I have to pay for tracked shipping back to China and if the package doesn't arrive they won't send any of my money back. They are also using photos from a well-known British fashion influencer to make their clothes seem more legit.

Think twice before ordering from this website. Returns are a nightmare—the address is in China, and even with tracked delivery, they make it nearly impossible to get a refund. I was even asked to enter credit card details just to track my return. The website claims to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, but that’s simply not true. Customer service is unhelpful and the whole process feels like a deliberate runaround. Absolutely terrible experience.

DO NOT BUY. This company is an absolute scam. The items are nothing like the clothes advertised and either the wrong item is sent or doesn't arrive at all and you have no chance getting a refund. It is definitely not run by a retiring grandma in the UK as the homepage suggests, but a scam company in China. You will not get the clothes you think you are ordering, and you definitely won't receive any refund. Wish I'd come here first before falling for it!

Absolute scam. All the 5 star reviews here are fake - Quality of clothing is terrible. Website claims its a small local boutique from the UK which it isn't. Dress came straight out of a factory from China - quality is beyond poor.

I ordered a dress three weeks ago. I still haven’t received my order. It meant to be for the wedding I I have been sending emails they do reply, but was the point? The issue still hasn’t been resolved. It’s almost a month. Hopefully, they will give me a refund. Very disappointed

These are bots writing these reviews. I ordered 2 dresses from Livia and what I received was nothing like the photos of the dress advertised. The material was different, the patern was different. It was cheaply made and a horrible knockoff. Not a well made or pretty dress under anyone's standards. To start the dress in the phone had a chiffon overlay and a huge beautiful rose also made with the chiffon overlay material. The dress I received was polyester, no overlay of any sort. Not the same colors of the photo. Not the same pattern. A small pin on fabric flower.The pattern was sewn together so poorly that it totally did not match at the seams of the dress.
