Highly recommend Livin Estate Agents
After finding our dream home, we were thrilled to come across Jason as our estate agent. He was professional, friendly, straightforward, and communicative—quite unlike our previous experiences with estate agents.
Jason, Amber, and the Livin team kept us well informed, regularly chasing progress to ensure our purchase moved forward. The InTouch app was a helpful way to track where we were in the process and who was responsible for the next step.
Even while on holiday, Jason followed up to check that everything was okay.
We've recommended Livin to all our friends and family following the very positive experience we had, and we look forward to working with them again when the time comes to sell our property.

Excellent Estate Agents
Jason Livingstone and the team were our 2nd estate agents and we had excellent service with great explanations as to where we should be sitting with the market and price.
We accepted an offer within 2 weeks which was down to Jason’s expert knowledge of the market and how/where to advertise.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the team.
We wholeheartedly thank everyone at Livin estate agents for their help in selling our home and would definitely recommend them.

Leon, Jason and the whole team were amazing from beginning to end. I was a first time seller. I originally listed with another agent who very much treated my property as low priority with little communication and/or feedback. Livin - Croydon were completely different. They took amazing images of my property and were able to get potential buyers through the door. Communication was prompt and helped me manage the stress of this whole process in the most stress free way. Honestly, I do not write reviews usually but I had to for Livin Estate Agents. I truly believe without their diligence, I couldn't have gotten through this process in the manner in which I did.

Excellent care and service
Jason and Leon sold my mother's property for me (my mother having moved into a care home). Her house was 80 miles from where I live, which could have been very difficult. From the start they were so helpful in all aspects and made the process run as smoothly as possible, as well as keeping me informed at all times about viewings and any problems that arose.They also kept an eye on the property. I do hesitate in recommending them to anyone for a house sale.
