Livingon Care have been providing care for Mum for a number of months now. She was reluctant initially about having carers but Charity and her team soon made her feel at ease. They are easily contactable and will always contact if they have any issues. They treat my mum with respect and provide person centres care. Every carer i have spoken to are friendly, caring and approachable. I cannot ask for a better care agency for my Mum, and she loves their visits

Charity and her team are simply THE BEST. They ARE better than all the rest, Charity was sent to me I am sure. I was struggling with the care my Mum was receiving, my Mum was very unhappy. Charity answered a search I did and from the very moment she rang me her service and reassurance was exceptional.
She has a shining personality and her caring ethics are strong. Charity firstly does all the caring herself to makesure she knows what is needed. Then her staff shadow her until they are confident in following Charitys instructions.
My Mum truly loved Charity and Rita, their 4 times daily visits gave my Mum everything she needed to stay independent in her own flat. They were always punctual and rang if there was the slightest of delays.
Cheerful, chatty and fun with Mum.
Alway gave Mum the time she needed, never rushed.
Charity would contact me with any concerns she had about Mum and any advise on her care.
I would highly recommend Charity and her team to anyone looking for the best care for there loved one.
My Mum has passed and I'm sad I wont get to see them anymore.

Livingon Care delivered a superb experience, enabling my father to maintain his independence in his residence. Charity and her team invested effort in grasping my father's priorities and helping him live according to his preferences. Knowing that he was in safe hands and receiving attentive care was reassuring, as they managed everything from meal preparation and medication to coordinating with the doctor when necessary. Their genuine commitment to providing top-notch service for both the client and the family is evident. We are forever thankful for discovering them!

Livingon Care provided an excellent service that allowed my dad to live independently in his own home. Charity and her team took the time to understand what was important to dad and to support him to live in the way that he wished. It was a great comfort to know that dad was safe and well cared for, from having his meals prepared, to giving medication, to contacting the GP when issues arose.
