They delivered a flawed pillowcase. I rejected this right away.
With EU law it s a very clear case: so either i can send the product back or they send a flawless product in exchange.
So far they are telling me they need to speak with the production but this is not really my problem as i ordered directly at livom.
To me it looks like a game where they want to sneak out of their responsibility.
To be honest. The products are ok but not great. The prices and marketing imply more of high quality product but it s just ok, probabely made in Rumania. Not sure about the work conditions.
Everythings feels a bit to cheap and simple but ok enough to not complain all the way. I knew that beforehand by visiting the showroom. So what u pay is the good design ideas and flexibilty. If u want premium feeling look somewhere else.
All in all i d say a start up that is trying to make fast money by greenwashing marketing and a premium approach which they can not fullfill.
Worst is this shady and bad service.
