Livpure service is worst

Livpure service is very poor. Initially, they say the issue will be resolved soon or within 24 hours, but even after calling customer care daily for 8–10 days, no technician visits. During this time, we are forced to buy water every day.
The service in the first year is manageable, but after that, it becomes extremely bad. I strongly do not recommend using Livpure on rent.
I also contacted customer care representatives like Khushbu and Anjali Rajawat, but they kept assigning technicians who were no longer working with Livpure.

Never purchase this company aaro.
We previously chnaged motor and it only worked for 2 months and again stopped working.

I had a very bad experience with Livpure. Their service is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I called their support team 3–4 times requesting service, but no one bothered to contact me back or resolve the issue.
They don’t service the product properly, which makes the entire experience even more frustrating. Overall, their service is unreliable, slow, and not worth trusting. I would not recommend Livpure to anyone based on my experience.

Don't Subscribe for Livpure

I subscribed to Livpure rental water purifier based on online ads.Even after constant follow up they never installed the unit.They just gave the name of service engineer who never turnedup.So I requested for cancellation of subscription as I doubted their future service.Some person called on and off telling he was coming for pickup and never turned up.They simply cancelled in the system ,no pickup,no refund.After 9 months of holding my advance and 3 months rental amount now they issued a demand notice for payment of rental due for the past Six months.They also issued a legal notice for due amount on uninstalled machine.I don't understand why Sachin ji is giving ads to this company.

I was not told about the locking period

I was told I can cancel the subscription whenever i want and not informed about of 3 months locking period. After one month i decided to cancel the subscription and now they are saying i would not get my refund amount as there is 3 month locking period.. The customer service executive himself told me that sales department people will not reveal this info to the customers before taking the subscription.. This is cheating..

I have purchased livpure water purifier…

I have purchased livpure water purifier in month February 2025.Since the day I purchased this purifier I have been experiencing the pathetic and worst service from livepure. They don't provide service for purifier. This brand is good in only taking money from the customer but don't provide service to the customer. It's humble request to all the people not to purchase any products from livpure. I am suffering a lot to get atleast one company service to change the filters for my purifier, I already paid the service charges still no response from the service centre. This brand is only about money and no service. So please please please please don't buy any products from livpure.

Unreasonable Pickup Policy and Poor Customer Service by Livpure

I have been renting a Livpure RO for the past two years in Pune and this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I live in a rented house, and like most tenants, I had to move to another place within the same city. When I informed Livpure about the move and requested RO pickup from my new address as I also wanted to cancel the subscription, they flat-out refused.
I have requested multiple times, explained the situation clearly, and yet they keep giving the same ridiculous response — that they will only pick up the RO from the old address where it was originally installed. This makes absolutely no sense. Why should a customer be forced to go back to an old rented house just because Livpure lacks basic flexibility?
This is extremely unprofessional, inconvenient, and completely not customer-centric. Moving houses within the same city is very common, but Livpure behaves as if customers should arrange their lives around their rigid and outdated policies. Instead of helping, they create unnecessary stress and waste the customer’s time. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend Livpure to anyone expecting reasonable service.

I am extremely disappointed with…

I am extremely disappointed with Livpure’s customer service. Due to a major medical emergency (mother’s gallbladder surgery), I was away from my home for weeks. I requested a simple, one-time exception to adjust my 3-month subscription start date to when I actually returned and began using the machine (Ticket No: 4768411514871).

Despite providing medical documentation, Livpure gave a canned response citing "policy" and refused to help, effectively charging me for a month of water I never used. A "Smart Home" company should have the intelligence and heart to support loyal customers during family crises. If you value flexibility and human empathy, look elsewhere.

PATHETIC. PATHETIC. PATHETIC. PATHETIC. SHAMEFUL SERVICE BY LIVPURE.

Livpure has crossed every possible limit of negligence, incompetence, and customer harassment. This is not just poor service — this is mental torture.

I raised a service request on 06 January because there was NO WATER at all. On 07 January, a technician named Chander Prakash visited and completely messed it up. The tap was broken, and instead of repairing it, he instructed us to take water by forcing the tap in the opposite direction. This kind of unskilled and reckless work is unacceptable for a so-called branded company.

I raised another request on 08 January for tap replacement. Livpure boldly claims service is completed within 48 hours — a blatant lie. After 4 days of endless follow-ups and calls with their useless customer care agents (Anjali, Rohit, Sheetal, etc.), Livpure had the audacity to cancel my service request on 12 January WITHOUT FIXING ANYTHING and WITHOUT INFORMING ME.

I raised the request again on 12 January. No calls. No visit. No response. Later, I got the contact of their ground staff Mr. Paramveer, who promised resolution in 2 days — and then BLOCKED MY NUMBER. Yes, blocked a customer instead of fixing the issue. This alone shows Livpure’s rotten work culture.

As if that wasn’t enough, on 15–16 January, I contacted their Gurgaon team lead Mr. Ramesh, who again fed me false assurances and asked me to wait just one more day. Today is 24 January, and I am STILL WITHOUT DRINKING WATER because of Livpure’s absolute failure.

Weeks without water. Endless lies. Fake promises. Zero accountability.
This company does not deserve customers.

Livpure is a textbook example of how NOT to run a service organization.
My patience is over. Next step: Consumer Court and public escalation.

⚠️ DO NOT TRUST LIVPURE. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS.

❌ Livpure Smart RO – Very Bad Experience
I installed Livpure Smart RO around 4 months ago, and my experience has been extremely disappointing.
I was informed that the monthly charge would be ₹849, but in reality, the ₹849 gets exhausted within just 28 days. This is completely misleading.
Every month there is a problem – the motor keeps running but no water comes out.
Many times, hot water does not come at all, even though this feature was promised in the plan.
I have repeatedly requested customer care to replace the RO, but no action has been taken.
Customer support only gives temporary excuses and no permanent solution.
Finally, today I clearly told customer care that I do not want this RO anymore and I want a refund, but still there is no proper response.
👉 The product and service are both unreliable.
👉 Despite multiple complaints, the issue has not been resolved, which shows very unprofessional behavior.
⚠️ I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing Livpure Smart RO.
I am completely dissatisfied and will not recommend this product to anyone.

Live Pure – Disappointing and Bad Service

My experience with Livpure has been quite disappointing.

I placed an order for a Livpure water purifier through their app and was given a delivery commitment. Despite following up with customer care multiple times, I was repeatedly assured that delivery would happen “within 24 hours,” but this never materialized. At one point, I was even contacted by the delivery team with a confirmation, yet there was still no delivery or update afterward.

The cancellation process was also unclear and slow, adding to the frustration. There seemed to be no coordination between customer support and the delivery team, and no one took clear ownership of the issue.

Another important point is the payment policy. Livpure takes the deposit at the time of booking, even before delivery or installation. In comparison, services like DrinkPrime collect the deposit only after successful delivery, which gives much more confidence as a customer.

Based on my experience, the service lacks transparency and reliability. I would advise potential customers to evaluate alternatives before choosing Livpure. Never buy live pure water purifier . Go for drinkPrime!

Livpure Scam

I had a very bad experience with Livpure after-sales service. I took a plan, the company deducted the amount(around Rs10290 ) but the plan was not activated even after payment.
Service requests were delayed repeatedly, technicians did not show up as promised, and customer support was unresponsive. Issues were marked as resolved without actually fixing the problem.
Follow-ups through calls and tickets did not help, leading to a lot of wasted time and frustration.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly advise people to think twice before choosing Livpure, especially if after-sales service matters to you.
I am sharing this so other customers can make an informed decision.

Livpure purifier has Pathetic service…

Livpure purifier has Pathetic service and highly unprofessional response. I registered a complaint no-JS25123111043554 on Dec 31st, 2025 and since then (today is Jan 5th) no response has come inspite of me calling their local service agency Sai water Solutions and their service call center almost 3 times a day. Every call is responded with a text message and a closure code but at the end of the day, no response or solution to the reported complaint.
I tried calling their area service manager, the service head but no one picked up the phone. Then escalated the topic to customer care but no response.
Livpure is dealing in essential service and such a pathetic response is highly unprofessional. Never will buy any product from this company.

Warning: Livpure RO AMC is a Scam! ₹10,000 Wasted, Dishonest Service

I deeply regret purchasing a Livpure RO system and, even more so, paying ₹10,000 for a 2-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC). The service provided has been nothing short of fraudulent.
As part of the 2-year AMC, Livpure was contractually obligated to change critical filters (specifically the copper and UV/mineralizer filters) twice. They failed to do so. They only ever replaced basic carbon filters.
The issues escalated when their technician falsely updated the system to indicate that the changes were completed. This is a clear case of deception.
When I contacted customer care, I was given the number of an "area head" who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. On a conference call, he dismissed my concerns and backed his technician's false claim, telling me the filters "didn't need to be changed" as per their flawed system records.
Furthermore, throughout the 2 years, trying to get a service visit required calling customer care repeatedly, as technicians frequently failed to show up for scheduled appointments.
This entire experience has been a massive waste of money and time. The lack of integrity from their staff and the failure to provide the paid-for service means I will never buy another Livpure product again. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for honest and reliable water purification service.

Then when i wanted to cancel it
Their customer care is fraud
They lie, divert, talk rude everything
They just don’t let you cancel
Even when RO is picked up, they will say its not picked up
They are complete SCAM

Livpure has the worst custome service

Livpure has the worst customer service I’ve ever come across.
Never buy any Livpure product — they don’t send service technicians on time. I waited 15 days, even while living in a metro city.

Their customer care team is completely unprofessional and takes zero responsibility. Every time you book a service request, they fail to provide a proper solution. Instead, they simply share the contact number of a technician or area supervisor, who gives false promises every single day.

Overall, an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience.

3. WE HAVE BEEN CALLING CUSTOMER CARE FOR NEARLY 1000 TIME NOT EXAGGERATING NOT TELLY THE TRUTH TRY FOR YOURSELF THEY WILL NEVER EVER ANSWER THE CALLS
4. AS WE LIVE IN A COMMUNITY ABOUT 40 PEOPLE HAVE INSTALLED THE LIV PURE AND ALL HAVE WATER NOT FILTERING/TASTING YAK ISSUE HAVE FINNALLY GOT THEM TO ANSWE BUT STILL DESPITE TELLING US THEY WILL RESOLVE IT IS 22NS DAY WAITING AND STILL NO ONE HAVE COME

I am highly disappointed with Livpure’s…

I am highly disappointed with Livpure’s rental-based water purifier service. I raised a complaint on 19th July regarding a malfunctioning unit, and despite multiple follow-ups, escalations, and even shouting at customer support, no real progress has been made in resolving the issue.

Instead of fixing the old purifier, they installed a replacement unit – which turned out to be another faulty purifier. Within a week, it stopped working. After more delays, they now claim the new unit has a motherboard issue — exactly the same problem I had reported for the earlier unit on 19th July.

This clearly shows a lack of technical diagnosis, no quality control, and most importantly, no common sense in their service operations.

To make matters worse, Livpure is unethically extending the subscription period by including non-working days — essentially charging customers for days when the purifier wasn't even working. This is nothing short of fraud.

Such a level of service is unacceptable from a reputed brand. I strongly discourage anyone from opting for Livpure’s rental service unless they drastically improve their support, product quality, and ethical practices.
