Quick turnaround from the time I ordered to delivery of my order great service

ordering was great and the delivery was great.

I recently ordered a Go Kart and was extremely impressed with the service. It was delivered the very next day—talk about speedy! The entire process was seamless, and they truly exceeded my expectations their excellent service!!

The fast delivery

Ordered a generator that was unavailable anywhere else. They called and tried to get me switch to another type as the one I ordered was not on stock though their webshop showed that they still have some, after my order. However, when I did not want the go for the other one, they said "a mate" has the one I need and they can get it to me. Eventually I got what I ordered without any packaging or paperwork. Got what I needed but the whole process was really unprofessional.

Purchased a bumper lip only to be refunded promptly with no explanation.

The website said there was 49 in stock. Even took a screen shot.

Not my problem that your website isn't up to date/showing the wrong information.

Common sense would be to contact and inform your customer why the order has been refunded.

Also, don't use trust pilot to hunt for peoples reviews if you don't want them. Take accountability for your own discrepancies.

3rd Edit: A keyboard warrior for pointing out the truth? None of my order emails nor both of the invoices explain why it was refunded.

Ordered a body kit 2 weeks ago and still nothing really not happy

I have purchased from this company a couple times in the past. Never an issue. Great communication and fast delivery of quality items at a reasonable price

I recently bought a toy for a kid from LK Auto Factors, and I’m really happy with the purchase. Before ordering, I had some doubts and decided to reach out via the WhatsApp number on their website—this was actually around midnight! To my surprise, they responded right away and clarified everything. The prompt and helpful customer service made the whole experience smooth. Definitely a great place to shop!

Would give minus stars if I could. What a joke of a “company” it’s actually laughable. Customer service is abysmal. “a professional automotive store with over 30 years experience in the industry” “Our commitment is to provide high quality products at affordable prices with extensive warranties offering peace of mind.” As if.

Customer service is appalling. No respect for customers ,if you want to return a product forget it.

What a disgrace of a company. Customer service is appalling. Actually have no words to describe the replies received from them.
