Products good, AI customer service terrible
Products are great, and when you finally get to speak to a human customer service advisor, they're good, but they seem to be using AI chat bots to run the customer service side of things (in order to "respond in minutes rather than hours").
I'm sure I can't be alone in just wanting good old human beings who are well trained, sensible, efficient and polite to respond, and not minding waiting hours for a response. The ability to wait for something is a pretty basic life skill. Please ditch the hyper-friendly and speedy but nonsensical AI customer service Llama Leisure !

A great product
I now have around ten pairs of their lovely leggings, they are soft, wash well on a cool wash and fit just right. Great colours and designs, something for everyone.

I love the plain shorts... I can wear my coloured sleeveless tops, giving me a different look every day 💜
Quality is great and they look good. Prefer tight fitting shorts than baggy, they certainly look much better on me. Delivery couldn't be easier, popped them through the letterbox 👍🏽
