Communication regarding status of my order and delivery was great. Product and service were better that I expected. Delivery was right to my door with battery charged at 80%... ready to right. Gustavo - delivery guy - and his partner were outstanding. Drove from California to my front door in NC!
I searched and viewed numerous vehicles I could use on my acreage that had the fewest maintenance requirements and the ability to traverse terrain containing marsh, gravel, mud and sand with ease. At a reasonable delivery included price with all the options one could possibly need, the Llama Apex checked all those boxes including a backup camera, radio and hydraulic dump. Having used the Apex for about six months I haven’t come across anything the Apex can’t do. Two speeds, fast and faster, it rarely needs a charging. I love my Apex.
So far my experience has been great. Dump bed is the most handy feature possible for us. Moving firewood, brush and gravel around the farm is fabulous. Here in Oregon it is going to get wet and side curtains would b e a plus. I will have to fashion some removeable ones be for the rains come. So far it has been excellent.
Its perfect -exactly what I needed-runs great -timely delivery -I I have one criticism its that the people answering the phone need to say Llama Trucks-not just hello-its difficult to spend this kind of money site unseen and then have the person say just hello - however the people answering are very helpful
I called llama truck about a month ago and told them I had been looking at their llama Truck Apex. I asked if they could have it to my house in time for my wife’s birthday on Aug 14 and they confirmed they could. It arrived in time and the delivery driver was very kind. Everyone at llama Truck were courteous and friendly. The Apex was everything they claimed and more! My wife was very happy and uses it every day at our hobby farm!
This company is the best customer service I've had in a very long time. The free delivery kept me informed on their travels.
The Blaze that I received is the best and practical unit for my horse property. It does everything, moves hay, poop and dirt with ease. I LOVE IT!!!
