This is our 2nd RICS Level 3 Survey booked and completed! Emailed to get a quote again which was received the same day, fast survey date after payment and full in depth survey and review of the property.

Excellent service from start to finish. As first-time buyers, we found the survey to be incredibly comprehensive, detailed, and easy to understand. The report included clear photographs and thorough explanations, which gave us confidence throughout the process. Everything was completed on time, communication was excellent, and the price was very reasonable for the quality of the service. We would highly recommend this company.

The survey report itself was received on time and was very detailed. The comms leading up to the survey taking place were good, as was the booking process. Post receipt of the survey report we've yet to receive a response to a couple of questions that we had, so have been disappointed by the delay. Had it not been for this we'd have given a higher rating.

Professional detailed survey with excellent communication

Communication was prompt, never felt like we were just left hanging. When we got our survey report back it was easy to understand, highlighting potential concerns with the property without catastrophising what were ultimately fairly minor issues.

I couldn't recommend LMB highly enough. They helped to make our experience as FTBs as smooth as possible, and it's always nice knowing that you're also supporting a local firm.
