Sent a crew of 3 guys and no truck when we agreed on a truck. He sent an invoice with no truck by mistake and then we called to confirm there will be a truck, was sent a new invoice with the truck. Truck never came, and what would have been a 3 hour move turned into over 35 hour move from beginning to end. Absolute nightmare

During the booking process, the requested service changed multiple times between labor-only and labor with a truck. To avoid any misunderstanding, our manager called your husband the evening before the move to confirm the final service. During that conversation, the booking was confirmed as **labor-only**, and we dispatched our crew based on that confirmation.
When it became clear on moving day that a truck was still needed, we immediately offered to send another crew with a truck, and that solution was accepted. Unfortunately, after that we were unable to reach anyone by phone to coordinate the updated dispatch, so we were not able to complete the move.
We understand how frustrating this situation was, and we genuinely regret that the communication breakdown prevented us from providing the service you expected. We continuously review situations like this to improve our confirmation process and help prevent similar misunderstandings in the future.
