I went to the shop in Bristol so I could sit on sofas and see the bed in a box opened out. The staff were really helpful and lovely. They suggested that I go home with the dimension sheets and mark out the footprints just to make sure. I ordered the next day.

Chloe was extremely helpful. She made the whole experience of buying our bed easy, she gave us all the information we needed without being pushy. We were in a rush but Chloe gave us all the time we needed before close.

So far, great experience!
Although I haven’t received my set yet, I was able to check the order and make sure that the stain resistant gunk was going to be added and I got to speak to a real person on a Sunday which is always a massive plus. The young women at the loaf shop were very nice and very helpful. So far great experience.

Excellent experience
We made the journey from Cardiff to the Loaf store in Cribbs Causeway. The service was second to none. Attentive, helpful and calm. All staff were excellent but I would like to single out Rosa who was just amazing. Thank you and we love our purchases.

Lovely Loaf experience again in the Bristol Cribbs store yesterday. Really nice staff and easy ordering. Have ordered a sofa due to arrive in 8-10 weeks so cannot comment on purchase yet.

We had great service from the staff on both days we were in the shop. We were given all the information we needed and then given lots of space to browse. There was no pressure to buy.

We always found all members of staff warm and Welcoming and had a calm relaxed approach .striking a balance between being knowledgeable and helpful but giving you space to wander around the store view fabrics and sofas without feeling under any pressure .
