Great food but your delivery services are really poor. We have never had our orders delivered on time and no form of communication either. Yesterday was worse had an order expected to be delivered at 11AM, we never received it, I kept calling for 45mins and no answer at a point someone from the office had to drive and pick up.

A lovely wee afternoon, very relaxed and the staff were very helpful. We can't wait to see our finished pieces 😊

We went as a family and thoroughly enjoyed the calm, friendly atmosphere. The space was beautiful, coffee delicious and creativity encouraged with being too intrusive.

Lovely afternoon with the family at the Paint me, Glaze me session. Surprisingly relaxing! It’s a beautiful old cottage location, with friendly staff and decent coffee. Thoroughly recommend!

When we order foods for a certain time we require it to be on time. We have Seminars/meetings to cater for ie breakfast lunch etc. We had a very bad experience lately where the lunch was 1hr 20mins late on delivery and the whole day had to be rescheduled involving external clients. Partners were not amused and we had to try and deal with the situation as best we could. Maybe allow more time for city centre deliveries.
S/wiches are always well presented in a box.

Booked a paint me glaze me session for my mother and I to do together as a post-xmas surprise. We both had a great time. The staff were wonderful and really attentive. And as a bonus, hot and cold drinks of our choosing were included in the price of the session. It was a little pricey, but worth it as a one off experience and it's good to know that the money is going towards helping such lovely people who are often marginalised when it comes to employment.
