Ease of complete process. Adriana was on point and kept me informed of all details and application process was a breeze.

Had to send the same documents repeatedly, communication was terrible, was told one rate never got the papers to lock it in, wh n I did the rate was 2 percent higher with pre payment penalty. My rep and underwriter apparently never communicated because the numbers never matched. Was the worst loan experience I have ever had all the way to close which was more of the same paperwork was wrong and had to sit in closing office waiting on the corrections.

Vaughn Cromwell was our "loanguy" he is great! Made the whole process understandable and he was responsive to our questions and concerns!

Worst and unreliable Lender- AVOID THEM at all costs. This company is the worst lender that I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with many. They send you a wrong estimates in the begining of the process, charge the appraisal and do not lock rates. I am Clear to close and they came with $8000 origination fees even after my initial estimation was Zero. They hold your appraisal and try to box you in so you cannot go to another lender. It did not work with me and you should run away from this company. Jeremy and Vaughn tried to keep my mortgages there but never showed an official numbers. Jeremy "forgot" to lock my rate on feb 26th when the appraisals came in and only locked on march 13th at much higher rate than initially discussed. All in all, if you want to spend more money than what you initially discuss and having super bad surprises or lose your closing, this is the company for you. I am available if anyone would like more details about them. If it is all of this not enough, they insisted to keep my appraisals and not transfer them to a new lender. They tell you that they will do it just to make you run out of time and close with them.That shows the lack of decency from them. You have been warned. Update: They finally transfered my appraisals to another lender after holding it for 4 days after my request. I also got their request to review my appraisal and remove the names, but I wont as this are all facts and no emotions. If you do not want a bad review, just make sure you lock client's rates abd inform them upfront about your ORIGINATION charges.

I cannot say enough good things about Roberto Scalisi at LoanGuys.com. From start to finish, he was absolutely outstanding to work with. Roberto responded immediately to every question or concern I had and consistently addressed emails, often in less than 24 hours.

Incredibly fast DSCR closing. I was worried about hitting our contract deadline, but the team stayed on top of underwriting and closed ahead of schedule.

Adriana made my first DSCR investment purchase incredibly smooth. She explained how qualifying based on the property’s cash flow works and guided me through every step.

Hi it went ok. I didn’t used the portal because it was for a convention mortgage but I went with DSCR loan. So all documents went thru emails.

First, on their web page (at the bottom) they say they are BBB accredited (and give themselves an A+ rating, no less.) But BBB states they are not accredited.

Update: They have responded to this review and have the balls to say they are rated with the BBB!
They are not! Trust Pilot won't let anyone show links, but look it up at BBB. This company lies like dogs.

My daughter was not getting a good feeling about these people. They wanted an appraisal upfront, but wouldn't give her the final numbers until the appraisal was done. She asked to run the numbers with the worse case scenario on the appraisal, but they wouldn't do it. She didn't want to go through a long process that could end up with completely different terms than she was first given.

If I could, I would have given them a Zero star.
At first, everything went well. Then the closer we got to closing, the more problems arose. We never saw the final numbers until the closing. And of course, the numbers were different. We were supposed to get 50k cashout, then it went to 43k, and at close it was 35k. Every time I questioned the numbers, it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer.
By the way, before they would give me any information, they ordered an appraisal for the property that cost about $1,000. And don't forget about the $70 some dollars for the credit check. They hook you right away with money, so you are invested in staying with them. Yeah, I could have taken the appraisal and gone somewhere else, but I gave them a chance. I regretted working with them!!!

Vaughn and Kelsey were great working with me even when we were out of town, finding workarounds and keeping us updated.
