Working with Liam has been refreshing. Being a man of Faith I noticed an open Bible on his book shelf and we spoke of his Faith gave me comfort knowing Liam is a man of God as well.

Don't really know what to say but they have made their first five payments on the first of each month so far, and the percentage return is the highest of any of my fixed investments.

I reached out to Loanify in the fall of 2025. After speaking with Liam Jones a time or two and getting my head around their math and selection process, I decided to throw the minimum 100k (at that time). So far all seems well. I search out alternative investments uncorrelated to the stock markets regularly as they are great way to create balance through 'real' diversification. I also asked my stock adviser to contact and have a convo with Liam and Maise. He's a sharp guy and, for the most part, he believed the operation is on the right path. I always wait one annual period before increasing a position but intend to do some more with Loanify this fall of '26.

Invested since 2025 and I (personally) have a diverse portfolio of alternative investments. I like what Liam and Boomer and the whole team are doing in the market place. I believe the investment is very recession resistant and of course is completely non-correlated to other markets.

I had a liquidity event since first investment (note came due) and was happy to invest some additional significant funds. Just had a quarterly review and the team and business is expanding at a resonance but high rate.

My due diligence process was made easy by the team and their clear communication. No hard sell. And the fund has openings for additional investment each month (it’s a monthly raise, closed ended fund as more factored notes are created from the front office).

Investor relations team is one of the best I have been involved with. Do your own due diligence but I truly believe this is a very good risk adjusted return.

I invested in Loanify Capital in January, 2026 and have received each monthly interest payment on time as expected. I have interfaced with Boomer, Liam, and Maise, who have been helpful, responsive, and provided details of the Loanify Capital business model as an investor wants. Before I invested, I did my standard research on Liam and Boomer, which includes searching court cases, the FINRA database, and on line presence. I found nothing negative. My investment is not in my IRA, but I will likely make additional investments in Loanify in my self directed IRA as I do conversions from traditional IRA to Roth.

We have invested with Loanify Capital since Q4 2025. Monthly payments have been on time as promoted. Liam has been quick to respond when I have questions and very helpful in understanding their program. I would highly recommend as a good passive investment with monthly cash flow.

In July of 2025, I had my first meeting with Liam to discuss the Loanify business model and the Loanify Captial investment opportunity. After comparing various investments and doing a lot of due diligence, I called Liam back to ask more questions and for an investor referral. Liam was patient, kind and accommodating. There was no hard sell or any followup calls from our first call, unlike many other investment companies do. He provided me with all the answers I could ask for and he put me in touch with one of their investors. Their other investor has invested with Loanify Capital about two years prior, and confirmed that she was very happy with her investment and they have been paying as advertised with no missed payments since she began her investment. She described herself as a very conservative investor who does a lot of due diligence, but was tired of getting hardly any returns on her bond investments. So with that reference and my research, I was confident to make an initial investment, and have now invested a second time.

Boomer and Liam have been very responsive and keep in touch monthly. There is an investors' portal as well. Since December, just a few months ago, they have been growing about 20% MoM, adding 20 new reps. I am also happy that my investment is helping people with high debt get in control over their finances with the help of Loanify.ai

I invested with Loanify Capital in July 2025. The performance of the investment has been as advertised with monthly distributions at 1.6% a month. Communication with Liam and his team has been great, they are prompt to answer any questions I have.
