Waited a month I was told my refinance would go through no.problem gave them everything they needed .they sent an appraiser to my house .the appraisal came back lower then the loan originator put in so they denied me .but still charged me for the appraisal which I was told I wouldn't get charged unless I pulled out of the loan .anyway I went to quicken loans got approved at a lower rate no appraisal fee at all no matter if I pulled out also the loan officer at loan one told me quicken was going to charge me an application fee they didnt .it took 35 days quicken got it done at a lower rate with cash out.research before you use loan one
