used for a year ok, then took the next years subs and went quiet. Except I didn't know this until I got a fine for several hundred Euros from the Dutch tax authorities. I now have the last two quarters of 2025 to file late. They don't answer emails or calls. I suspect they've done a runner. No chance of compensation either.

Very shady company, I used them for a year to make my taxes and all going more or less ok. Only their mail system was working, last year in 2025, they said I had to upgrade my account due to number of transactions and to make the quarter report. After making the payment, they ghosted me and never made my quarter vat reports nor my annual report for 2025. I had to pay 2000€ and almost got a fine in order to do my reports.
Never heard from them again or got a refund. Avoid this company as much as possible.

After years, they still never refunded the payment for my service which they never fulfilled. Blocked by their customer service.

Their positive reviews are fake and written by them, do not fall for their tricks

I strongly advise against using localaccount.nl. This appears to be a fraudulent company. They require payment upfront for services that are never delivered. After payment, no one responds to emails or support requests, even if you reach out within their stated refund period (7 days).

Despite multiple attempts to contact them, I received no replies or updates. It’s clear they are not providing any real service and are simply taking people's money.

Do not pay them or share any personal or financial information. This company seems to be scamming customers under the guise of offering legitimate services

Very rude customer support. Can't recommend this accountant. Wouldn't trust them with anything.

this is the same scammer of Localoffice24, and many other sites ALL of them sited as scammers by hundreds of poor victims. Stay clear from this Scammer, which btw has declared his companies in bankruptcy but keeps the site up to fish for poor victims.

Tried to become a client.
Seems to be impossible to speak with someone, unless you want to chat with a robot and then pay for a first meeting.

Not an optimal customer experience for dealing with a booking firm.

It was a mistake to trust this company for our taxes. Not only they took our money without fulfilling the order, company was also fined because of this and their customer service is rude

The service they provide is barely acceptable. If you need some basic accounting services, they might be worth your money but do not expect anything more than that (also, watch out for some occasional mistakes they may make).

If you need explanations and a customized approach, please look elsewhere. They have zero customer service skills and human touch. I don’t think it’s even possible to talk via phone to any of them, and their email communications provide zero explanation and clarity. It’s like speaking with robots that are programmed to return you only 2-3 standard answers.

On a closing note, I would be wary of all those positive reviews you see. If you look on different review websites, you will find the exact same reviews done by different “people” on different dates.

Avoid. This site is a scam. The only area that has anything to do with tax is the front page, after paying the website is a purchasing template with nothing for sale, nothing even remotely to do with taxes or finances or anything.
Clearly these are fake reviews spanning back only 2 months.
As the saying goes - if it looks to good to be true it probably is.

Write their own positive reviews and send the personal details of clients of negative reviews to scamming companies. Do not trust these accountants with ANY of your personal details or money!
