Our house has now been used three times for an advert and the communication has been excellent between Locations direct, me and the production team. If there have been any issues, they are sorted out quickly and efficiently. There have been the odd thing that we weren't told about but there has always been a reason for this. Any problems with the house after the shoot have been responded to and resolved very quickly. Highly recommend.

It was the first time we had been used by Locations Direct where our property was used for 7 days by a production company to film a TV series.
We were extremely impressed with the Locations team who were professional, efficient and thoughtful. They supported us through what could have been quite a stressful experience for a family unused to such arrangements and procedures. Their administration was exemplary always keeping us in the loop and up to date with email communication and ensuring we had a ‘water tight’ contract to protect the interests of us and the production company. They insured that our property was returned to us in first rate condition.
