Locker Fox 🦊 is great I’ve been a buyer for about 4-5 years! I bid on low priced units and some I win and some I lose! Try it out for yourself!

I bid 9 units, 8 of.them were taken off supposedly because buyer paid. The last action I won for 460.00. I paid, 2 days later called and told me they were returning contents to the buyer. The buyer wanted to pay. What a scam, Missouri law is if you win and pay it's yours.

I enjoy getting units but I don't think it's far after I won one for them to take it from me

I won bids on three lockers at two different storage areas Eastpoint Detroit and Clinton Township. All three storage areas had literally stashed trash from other cleaned up units.
This is an illegal scam.

Their website was running very slowly and I was unable to place a bid on a storage unit that was extremely important for me to get my stuff back.

Whoever outbid me on my storage unit, 846, thanks! I'm homeless and that was a majority of our clothes and other belongings that we desperately wanted to get back. Including stuff from my daddy, who passed away in September of 2020. Thankfully he never had COVID, but he passed about 2 1/2 months after his diagnosis with leukemia. I'm still struggling tremendously from that loss. And my son and I are victims of domestic violence. Those items were extremely sentimental to us.

The location is 131 W Loop 289 in Lubbock, Texas.

They have terrible customer service. The manager was extremely rude to my wife when she called them to tell them about our experience when picking up a won unit. The people there said they knew who the unit belong to and asked if we would leave clothes and other things. There was a man standing there watching the whole time. That's not all but to make this short... We called LockerFox and not only did they not care but they were rude for no reason and combative. I just can't even believe it.

The process was easy and simple... Like not having to run all over town to bid on units.

Was not impressed, especially bidding against a bot.. a $45 locker sold for over $750 only because I could never out bid the AI... No thank you to online auctions, you really don't know who or what you're bidding against, I'll stick to in person and on site auctions.

One star too many. Spokane Valley locker riddled with mice. Everything destroyed. Do not bid on anything. Have photos for proof.

I tried to win my unit back and someone else won it. It would have never been deliquit except Cooper safe storage wouldn't let me make a payment. Whoever bought my unit yesterday in star city arkansas #44 would you be willing to let me pay you the $90 you won it for or would you be willing to give me a few things out of it like my baby book and high school diploma and few other things?

One star too many. Our storage uses them to sell delinquent units and we get so much abuse from the auction winners. Lockerfox does little to help us out, only banning the bidders from our store. Internally our locations have kept a "do not sell list" on bidders and we will contact Lockerfox to kick them off.

Seriously, the abuse is too much. The name calling is outrageous and all of the mess they leave behind. The winners agree to terms before they bid or even win and they show up acting like this is their first time.

I only use the service because our corporate office wants to use it
