James attended within a very short time from our initial enquiry and did an outstanding job replacing an indoor lock. The action of the lock was immediately improved on the original installation and still is around 9 months later. On top of that, James was very affable, a pleasure to have doing a repair job for us

Simon was brilliant and the first time our front door lock fell apart when I pulled out the key and he was there within the hour and gave us options on the different locks and the prices. He checked the rest of the door over to make sure that it was all working correctly and took his time. The next time we couldn't unlock the back door and he came promptly to fix that and also checked over our other door. All at a reasonable price. We will always call on Simon as he gave a very good service. I can't remember the dates last year that we called as I am a full time carer for my husband but I can guarantee that Simon was very good

I experienced a problem with my front door, in that I could not close my door so I was vulnerable, and had to leave my front door unlocked and open all day and all night. I looked on Check-a-Trade for locksmiths in my local area, and found a number for Peter Luckley, Lock force His reviews looked good, so I called and explained my situation. Peter responded straight away, and arrived at my house within the hour.
Peter replaced my lock immediately, and gave me sufficient number of keys. His work was excellent, and he was courteous and professional, and his prices were very reasonable.
Peter made sure that I had his number in case of any problems, which to date I have had none.
I highly recommend Lockforce Henley, and especially Peter, if you want a fast and efficient resolution to any security issues you might have.
