Friendly, efficient and a good price
Although I had not realised that it was online orders only, it was suggested by a helpful member of staff that I do the order from my car. I found the website very easy and clear. Within 10 minutes or so someone brought my purchases out to my car. All of the Kee Clamp fittings were installed the following day and fitted my application very well. Friendly, efficient and competitivly priced. I'd recommend Lokinex

Good price, uncoperative website, well-wrapped but disastrously-shipped
I liked that their price was good, and that they deliver. I was prepared for the surface finish not being at a higher price-point. I disliked the website repeatedly refusing to allow me to order (I eventually phoned through), and I really disliked the damaged delivery condition. The post & panels were very well wrapped so I dread to think what impacts were applied by DPD to cause the severe damage to the post, and significant damage to two of the four panels.

Hi Chris. Many thanks for your review. We are sorry to hear the goods were damaged upon initial delivery. I believe we have sent replacements which are now with you. Unfortunately, sometimes the couriers we use are very heavy handed with our products and that can lead to damage despite our best efforts to protect them with our packaging. Our website was also experiencing a small issue with the ReCaptcha security check at the checkout which has now been fixed, so no more issues should occur!

A very good company to do business with.
Had a curtesy call from the company about the shipment, and when it should be delivered, items were well wrapped, and the delivery driver was very helpful and thoughtful to where he put them.

I am not familiar with the Lockinex but?
I am not familiar with the Lockinex products. I phoned to clear things up which led to a misunderstanding and ordering a wrong size elbow. Emails went unanswered.
I then looked on the website for info and as I was after elbows I went to pipe size. Got "Size 5" required but on the elbows page I don't see your pipe size code but the OD of the pipe that the elbow relates to.
Now I understand but the original; phone conversation failed to direct me effectively.
Also only express delivery for small orders adds significantly to price.
I guess Lockinex don't really want to relate to small non commercial orders but will do them (- which is appreciated but it isn't easy).

Key clamp handrail
Getting the right components for a handrail in Key Clamp for an inclined short stair proved tricky and the first attempt contained a error, but a quick message stopped the order and corrected the necessary components and the order was delivered in good time.
