Tried to make a booking. The hotel i wanted was not available. Looked for another one, but was way more expensive than the other online crypto travel companies. Theyre customer support is also not very customer friendly. Never again!

Als ich das erste mal mit LockTrip…
Als ich das erste mal mit LockTrip gebucht habe war ich gerade in Canada (2019) und benötigte spontan ein Hotel wobei es bereits spät in der Nacht war.
Als erstes möchte ich dabei erwähnen das ich mir mit meiner damaligen Buchung 100 € pro Nacht gegenüber anderen OTA's erspart habe wobei es auf der anderen Seite auch ein erwähnenswertes Problem gab.
Da es sich bei der Buchung um meine erste Buchung handelte musste ich in meinem Fall meine Identität bestätigen was Grundsätzlich kein Problem wäre wenn man nicht gerade im Ausland mit einer anderen Telefonnummer unterwegs ist.
Ich wandte mich daher direkt an LockTrip und bekam schnell eine Professionelle Unterstützung das Problem war per se innerhalb kürzester Zeit gelöst womit ich in aller Ruhe meine Buchung antreten konnte.
Wenn Sie also in Zukunft ein Problem mit einer Ihrer Buchung haben sollten und Sie sich direkt an LockTrip wenden (via Live Chat / Telegram) sowie ich es in meinem Fall getan habe ...
Dann kann ich Ihnen anhand meiner eigenen Erfahrung sagen das es nicht viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen wird bis für Ihr Problem eine Lösung gefunden wurde.
Meine darauffolgenden Buchungen verliefen vollkommen Problemlos !
Das hat dazu geführt das ich meine Reisen seit dem zum Großteil über LockTrip gebucht habe, und dies auch weiterhin tun werde, aus den folgenden zwei Gründen.
1. Die Verfügbarkeit von Hotels erstreckt sich über den gesamten Planeten - also die Hotels die man Weltweit Buchen kann sind über LockTrip verfügbar.
2. Im Durchschnitt habe ich mir bisher gegenüber anderen OTA's (Online Travel Agencies) 10-20% auf meine Buchungen erspart.
Bezieht man sich dann auch noch auf das UI & die UX (User Interface / User experience) kann ich diesen Marktplatz nur jedem weiterempfehlen der aus reiner Leidenschaft oder aus Geschäftlichen Gründen viel auf Reisen ist.

Used 3 times already and it is perfect
I managed to book hotel 3 times already with LockTrip, and it was always flawless. No problems during check-in to hotel. I saved 12-19% on each hotel compared to other competitors.
