Something very suspicious about this company. I used loft life for my conversion but the business doesn’t exist anymore apparently when I e-mailed. Spencer Clifford was the owner. Looks like it’s one of these companies that changes and opens again with a slightly different name to avoid their obligations with warranty and many other liabilities I imagine. Looks like a few other people have experienced problems as well. I tried to get to the bottom of how it was the same logo but a different owner but my e-mails just got ignored.
I’d proceed with caution using this company and don’t expect them to honour any warranty they give. Not worth the paper it’s written on.

We’re really pleased with our loft extension. The work was carried out efficiently and to a high standard. Dave and Tyler were both lovely guys – professional, approachable, and kept us well informed at every stage. Excellent communication from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Lovely to have a dedicated team. Made communication, trust and confidence so much easier.
Earlier eyes on and explanation of original plans would have helped but responsive, practical support of issues or changes simple to get.

Successful and fast loft conversion on mid terrace house in South East London

Design and build of loft in under 2 months. David, Tyler and contractors were all very nice. They were responsive and left the place clean and tidy. They showed good flexibility on design and worked hard to meet our expectations. They helped organise plumber and tiler etc.

All that's left is for us to sort floors and painting!

Dave and Tyler were committed and hard working. They finished in really good time and to a high finish. Whenever there were little bumps in the road (which is to be expected with any works) they were approachable, professional and got it sorted to an excellent standard.

You can tell they have 25+ years experience. From start to finish it has been trouble free and the end result is more than we could have ever imagined. Thank you LoftLife.

We had a loft conversion completed within 2 months. We were impressed with the quality and speed of the work. The team was very experienced, were very respectful of the house and had a lot of attention to detail. We lived in the house while the work was done and had minimum disturbance and minimum dust, even when the ceiling was broken through and the staircase was fitted. We would highly recommend the loftlife team.
