Great product easy to install and use the only let down was DHL as they lost one of the boxes that turned up 3 days later. Phoned the office twice no call center and spoke to the same person twice and they called when box was found

Good product. Poor service. Don’t believe the ‘order before for next day’. Hard to know whether the issue is with the company or with DHL. No reply to my email when they didn’t deliver next day as they claim. Reading the reviews there’s no doubt this is a recurrent problem so have to blame Loftstilts management.

What an appalling experience! They have no idea what good customer service is. And they staff have no idea what they are talking about. They do not honour what they offer either. I would avoid at all costs.

The product is actually good but my god the customer service is awful! Very frustrating, arrogant and ignorant.

Ordered the 256 piece pack on a Friday, arrived promptly next working day. Quality looks great going to be installing them next weekend

Bought 128 stilts from the website and they safely arrived on time. I purchased the loft boards and screws from another supplier.

Very easy to install and within a few days I had a nicely boarded loft. Very secure indeed and am really pleased with the result.

I had a very good experience so I can say you can purchase this great product with confidence!

I ordered 128 loft stilts from them a couple of weeks ago and they arrived the next day. I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews so I phoned them up before ordering to check that they had them in stock. I ending up using about 110 of them in my loft and they seem stable and secure with me walking on them so I'm happy. I like that they have clips at the bottom so they can be lined up easily before drilling in place. I sometimes had to cut the clips to fit them in awkward places or to avoid cables but this was easy to do with a Stanley knife.

Ordered and paid for 96 legs. Promised 24hr tracked delivery. Emptied loft and... no legs. Contacted company and they have no stock. No pre warning so had to purchase another 96 from Amazon at higher cost. Shocking service. Hope product is better than their service. Prompt refund though which is a bonus.

Absolutely con-artists. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I sent several emails requesting process of returns procedure - shocking response time from customer service. Finally after a week of waiting, I received the info and returned my 3x boxes of loftstilts immediately - due to some seriously poor quality plastic fabrication - 17 days passed with no response or refund. After some email correspondence, the customer service representative had me going through hoops to prove that items were returned - despite me providing full tracking information. These guys are so cunning that they will do everything they can to not fulfil your return and refund. I am still yet to receive my refund - something tells me that I will never see the money again. CRIMINAL BEHAVIOUR.

Easy to place order, 64, and the price worked out better than what I had been paying in b&q for these when they stocked them. Ordered on monday evening so didn't expect next day delivery as such. Tuesday received the dispatch email and within a couple of hours I had several emails from DHL confirming delivery.
I then received an email from DHL stating there was a delay and it would not be the wednesday but the thursday it would be delivered.
1 box of 32 did arrive on Wednesday then the other box arrived Thursday so not sure what happened there but I was kept informed enough to expect delivery Thursday anyway.
Stilts themselves are great, my preferred design. I predrill holes in the base to make it easier when up the lofts and have had no issues at all using them, have done several raised storage floors using these and all have done the job perfectly.

Loft stilts were delivered in easy to shift lightweight cardboard packaging which made shifting up into the loft space straightforward. The stilts were easy to fit and the screws supplied were quick to fit (not too much slippage0. Dimensional descriptions of the product on the website were accurate and aided planning project. There was enough play to make them suitable for slightly out of alignment older roof joists.

Easy to use website and delivered the items really quickly. I will definitely use again when finishing off the rest of my loft.

It worked for me. Next day delivery as promised. Used one box already and gives a solid floor.

If I had read the reviews on Trustpilot first, I probably would not have ordered from this company. However, the price was the best on the internet, and whilst it is obvious that some people have had problems with delivery. My experience was next day delivery, so I have no complaints. There is a big difference between the Trustpilot and Amazon reviews.
I don't think anyone is complaining about the product itself, so you will have to make your own mind up as to whether next day delivery and customer service response justify the extra expense of a different supplier. I don't think many of the reviews suggest that the product is never delivered

Customer service is lacking no communication with the company is possible. Phone number goes to answer phone and and no replies from the web chat. I didn’t email them.

Delivery is not next day I ordered these for me to use after Christmas. I had read other reviews and wasn’t expecting it to be. However B&Q, Screwfix didn’t have them in stock and were more expensive anyway.
I ordered mine Tuesday and I received them the following Wednesday so just over a week.

I ordered 72 stilts, they arrived within a week. Communication was adequate, product is high quality and easy to use.

Having ordered before reading the reviews I was quite nervous finding so many poor reviews and some claiming it was a scam. I don’t doubt some people may have had a bad experience.However, I can only review on my experience of ordering from this company. I ordered on Friday expecting next day delivery but then read the other reviews. Next day delivery is unlikely to happen(website needs updating). I agree it is not easy to contact anyone at the company.My order was delivered in full the following Thursday. The product is good and will do the job to raise the loft floor to allow additional insulation to be installed. In conclusion if you want next day delivery order elsewhere but if you’re ok waiting for delivery they were the cheapest price I could find on the internet.

Ordered pack of 64 on 27 September 2022. It said next day delivery but gave it a few days. On 2nd October, I checked tracking on DHL and their website said it had been collected but delayed in collection depot. On 4th October I called DHL who said it wasn’t in their system and hadn’t been collected. Called Loft Stilts and I was told DHL were having problems but if I didn’t receive delivery by 10th Oct, they would send new pack. Nothing received, nobody answering calls or emails. I have now claimed money back from credit card. This company are useless
